Pros:

Besonders praktisch waren der kurze Fußweg zum Bäcker (mit leckerem Kuchen :-)) und zum Sparmarkt. Die Bushaltestelle war auch nicht weit.
Der schöne Balkon hatte nachmittags auch einen angenehmen Schattenplatz.
Wir haben uns dort sehr wohl gefühlt.

Struttura nuova ottima posizione a pochi km dal centro si può accedere anche a piedi,servizi essenziali a 500 metri

Cons:

Consiglio una macchina per il caffè con cialde visto l'apertura dei bar nelle vicinanze dopo le 8:00 e soprattutto delle zanzariere perché avendo un bellissimo giardino verde la sera aprendo le finestre per areare le stanze si riempivano di zanzare non e una cosa piacevole per il resto tutto ok

Pros:

Wij hebben enorm genoten van ons verblijf in Villa Majense. Het appartement was brandschoon, modern ingericht en van alle gemakken voorzien. De ligging is perfect: in een rustige wijk, maar toch op loopafstand van het gezellige centrum van Merano. Villa Majense is de ideale uitvalsbasis om Merano en de omgeving te ontdekken. Wij zouden hier zonder twijfel opnieuw verblijven en kunnen deze accommodatie van harte aanbevelen!

Eine sehr schöne Wohnung! Wir können sie nur empfehlen und würden jederzeit wiederkommen!
Pros:

Das Einchecken hat super geklappt, privater Parkplatz und eine sehr schön eingerichtete Wohnung! In der näheren Umgebung Restaurants und Einkaufsmöglichkeiten, Busse in die Innenstadt und in die Umgebung, allerdings wegen
des Verkehrsaufkommens Geduld erforderlich!

Pros:

Fui bien recibido por el dueño. El dto. Está impecable, tiene todo lo necesario, está relativamente cerca del centro, de todos modos con los datos de la reserva el dueño te gestiona en turismo el codigo de barra y podés usar todos los transportes gratis. Está buenisimo

Carnevale a Merano
Pros:

La posizione, la facilità di ingresso e di parcheggio. L'appartamento era proprio l'ideale per una vacanza anche breve nel periodo di carnevale. Consigliato.
