Klasse Hotel in einer interessanten Stadt.
Pros:

Das Frühstück bestand aus einem sehr abwechslungsreichen Buffet in einem Frühstücksraum mit schöner Aussicht. Das Personal war sehr freundlich und höflich.

Cons:

Es gab nichts, was uns missfallen hätte. Alles war wunderbar. Das Hotel ist sehr zu empfehlen.

Pros:

Easy access location in the mall opposite Utrecht Central station and clean, modern amenities were a plus.
Friendly ladies on reception.

Cons:

Our first night was a shocker.
We were woken to a rowdy party in the room next door with booming voices and walls being kicked.

I went downstairs and asked for a room move which was refused immediately.
I then asked for the night manager to come out from his hidey hole out in the back office and to speak to me and handle the situation. Again refusal.

Eventually I went back upstairs and confronted 10 very drunk males that were somehow able to pass security (was their any?) and enter a guests room with him and kick off raucous shenanigans.
They eventually left and a fight was averted but no thanks to the useless night manager.
Not good customer service.
