Decepcionado com a atribuição do quarto.
Pros:

já ficamos anteriormente neste hotel. A localização é excelente: junto à estação central, dentro do shopping, a poucos minutos de caminhada das principais atrações da cidade.

Cons:

No check-in nos foi apresentado um quarto para pessoas com necessidades especiais. Como estávamos com pressa, cansados e molhados aceitamos, o que foi um erro de nossa parte porque o quarto apresentava muitos recursos não compatíveis com a nossa expectativa. Quando solicitamos a troca na recepção nos informaram que, como compramos um upgrade no booking, este era o quarto do upgrade e que não haviam quartos disponíveis. Porém, fizemos nosso check-in às 12:00 e só entramos no quarto às 16:00 (porque fomos almoçar). Não consigo compreender como este é o quarto do upgrade e tampouco por que nos atribuíram este quarto quando chegamos 3 horas antes do horário de check-in. Lamentável

Excellent place to stay.
Pros:

A lovely quiet & calm oasis in a busy city. Good staff. Great room, massive bed with good pillows. Very good shower with decent toiletries. Really good breakfast - I would definitely stay here again.

Hete kamer, koeling werkte niet goed, smerige vloeren van de kamer, receptie na 10 pm niet te vinden
Pros:

Ik schrijf nooit reviews maar ik hoop dat het hotel hier iets mee kan. Het personeel is super vriendelijk en inchecken gaat snel. Dus dat is fijn. Dat is ook de enige fijne beleving die ik heb gehad was in en uitchecken.

Cons:

De bereikbaarheid van hotel receptie na 10 PM uur in avond is niet te doen, het leek wel een soort speurtocht. Hoe een hotel zich zo kan verstoppen voor een check-in na 10 uur is in mijn optiek ongelofelijk. Als je niet bekend bent daar moet je op je telefoon een heel verhaal lezen waar je ongeveer heen moet met daarbij een kaartje met stipjes die je moet volgen. Daar sta je met je tassen en telefoon in de hand en loopt van links naar rechts en nergens is te herkennen waar de ingang is. Pas als je er voor staat. Ik ben een man, maar een vrouw kan daar niet veilig rondlopen in de avond na 22:00 uur zeker niet als je uit p3 of p4 komt. Dan moet je door de slagbomen naar buiten en letterlijk kom je uit in een onveilige omgeving (openlijk drugs gebruik van daklozen) en hier moet je doorheen. Dit is echt niet het slechtste hotel waar ik ooit in heb gezeten wel de meest onveilige situatie waar je je gasten in kunt brengen. Ik was wat vergeten uit de auto en je hebt geen andere keuze dan dezelfde route terug.

Goed gelegen hotel met uitstekend personeel, ideaal voor een nachtje weg!
Pros:

Dit was onze tweede keer overnachten bij Crowne Plaza, personeel was deze keer (weer) uitstekend en erg gezellig! De locatie is ideaal, dichtbij station maar ook op loop afstand van de stad. De kamers zijn hardstikke prima, fijne badkamer en ook geluidsdempend.

Cons:

De kussens van de bedden vonden wij moeilijk om comfortabel mee te liggen. Er lagen er twee, 1 zachte en 1 wat harder wat prima aanbod was maar lagen beide niet niet heel fijn.

Pros:

地理位置优异，就在乌德勒支火车站旁边的商场。周围商店，餐厅，超市一应俱全。
房间放在欧洲来说已经算非常宽敞了，厕所干净，淋浴水压也很舒服。

Cons:

早餐虽然可以order food但服务员不足，不会主动询问是否需要order。

Es sollte ein wunderschöner Aufenthalt werden, wurde leider nur Durchschnitt.
Pros:

Frühstück war gut, aber nicht abwechslungsreich. Zimmer war befriedigend.

Cons:

Zimmer sehr einfach. Möglichkeit die Bekleidung unterzubringen sehr gering. Eine Schublade und sonst nur eine offene Kleiderstange für aufzuhängende Bekleidung. Betten nicht sehr bequem. Kleinerer Mangel im Zimmer: Fön leicht defekt, (wurde ausgetauscht) Kaffeemaschine tropfte,( erst später bemerkt) Reinigung Zimmer sehr oberflächlich. Insgesamt preislich zu hoch.
