Soggiorno piacevolissimo a pochi passi dal centro di Utrecht!
Pros:

Struttura moderna, nuova e accogliente. Si trova all’interno del centro commerciale principale di Utrecht che è a pochissimi minuti a piedi dalle più vive zone serali della città.

Cons:

Colazione varia ma forse migliorabile per quanto riguarda la parte dolce, per esempio con l’introduzione di croissant o pastries fatte in casa.

Goede bedden en een schone kamer.

Cons:

Er werd vermeld dat er een airco zou zijn. Tijdens ons bezoek was het 30 graden. De airco stond in Ai modus (oftewel uit). Op de kamer was het 25 graden bij aankomst. Geen wereld ramp maar ook niet erg comfortabel. Je hoopt op wat anders bij 1 van de duurste kamers van het hotel. We hebben gemeld aan de receptie zij zouden de airco in het ?systeem zetten?... Dus we hebben gewacht maar niks. Daarna zijn we fysiek naar de receptie geweest die had het er over dat ze airco gingen resetten en we moesten een uur wachten maar je raad het al niks.... Gelukkig begon het toen buiten af te koelen en kon de gewoone lucht circulatie de kamer af koelen tot 22 graden, iets aan de warme kant maar te doen. In de ochtend begon de temperatuur wel weer op te lopen maar gelukkig bleven we maar 1 nacht.

Ausgezeichnete Unterkunft
Pros:

Die Lage ist ausgezeichnet, extrem zentral direkt am Hauptbahnhof. Das Frühstück war ausgezeichnet. Zimmer sind schon eingerichtet und ausgestattet mit einer Nespresso Maschine und einem Wasserkocher. Es hat uns sehr gut gefallen, wir würden das Hotel nochmal buchen.

Es gibt nichts negatives zu berichten.

Pros:

Very nice modern hotel with ideal location minutes walk from Utrecht Centraal, with entrance inside the shopping mall. Short walk from the canals and city center, with good access to all possible eateries and shopping. Very good breakfast. Just 25 minutes by train from Amsterdam Centraal. Great base for exploring both Amsterdam and Utrecht, highly recommended.

Cons:

Housekeeping could be a touch better.

Perfect location for visiting Utrecht and for day trips to other towns. Lovely, helpful staff.
Pros:

Perfect location for arriving by train. Only a 5 minute walk to the shopping centre where the hotel is situated. Friendly and helpful staff. Loved the Kings Day treats at reception when we arrived . Great supermarket in the shopping center.

Cons:

The fire alarm going off in the middle of the night because a staff member had burnt some toast. Lucky it was only 5 floors to walk down. Only 2 lifts to return to the hotel meant we ended up walking back up the stairs. The staff were apologetic and calm 😌

Cons:

We stayed there twice. The first time the room was very nice. The second time the staff put us in a room the size of a storage closet. If I had to stay there again I would insist on a room that was bigger than the bed. The second room should not be considered a room. Very disappointed in the accommodations.

Ideal um ein bis zwei Tage das urbane Leben und Treiben in Utrecht mitzuerleben.
Pros:

Die zentrale Lage ist Klasse. Und Parkplatz-Probleme gibt es auch nicht. Es gibt genügend Parkplätze im Parkhaus der Mall.

Cons:

Alles in allem war die Unterkunft dann doch ganz schön teuer.
