Fijn hotel op goede locatie.
Pros:

De ligging is ideaal.

Cons:

De luchtbehandeling in de ontbijtruimte. Get was daar best warm wat niet prettig was. Ik had airconditioning verwacht in een vier sterren hotel.

Een ander hotel vlakbij had een soa/ zwembad, en voor vier sterren had ik dat hier ook verwacht.

Pros:

El hotel está muy bien ubicado si venís en tren. Además está dentro del shopping!! La habitación estaba muy bien!! El desayuno de maravilla! Y la atención al llegar fue espectacular! Nos dejaron ingresar antes de l hora del check in!! Así que lo súper recomiendo! Un 10!!

Excellent emplacement pour visiter le centre historique
Pros:

Emplacement à la fois proche de la gare et du centre ville. Excellent buffet de petit-déjeuner. Chambre calme, sans bruit extérieur. Accès via une vaste galerie commerciale (une centaine de boutiques et une trentaine de points de restauration).

Cons:

Bruit des chambres voisines (porte, etc). C'est vraiment dommage alors que l'isolation phonique de l'extérieur est excellente.

Modern hotel convenient to central Utrecht, but housekeeping could improve.
Pros:

The location is good and very convenient for walking around Utrecht. The breakfast buffet was good. The parking was convenient and easy to navigate, even with a large van! I tripped over my suitcase in the middle of the night, fell and hit my head on the desk. The reception staff brought up some ice for my head.

Cons:

The sheet was dirty, and a hand towel was very filthy but rolled up with the clean ones to make it look like it was clean. My husband didn’t like the entrance to the hotel being in the mall and trying to navigate through all the people.

Zeer slechte start een dik uur verspeeld om het hotel te vinden om uiteindelijk via de hulp van de receptie er te gerake

Ligging, geen routebeschrijving bij bevestiging en geen bordjes in hoogcatharijne die de route naar het hotel aangeven. Advies: bel direct de receptie en vraag hen je naar het hotel te loodsen
