Pros:

Very clean. Comfortable room with 2 large beds. One block from Pino Suarez metro.

Cons:

Room without window. No air conditioning. Only fan.

Good location, low price, helpful staff
Pros:

The staff was really helpful, they even let our luggage stay after we checked out. Hotel was price/performance. Location is good for accessing public transportation, markets, touristic areas. Wi-fi was not bad also.

Cons:

The location was perfect for accessing the public transportation but the hotel is not in a good neighbourhood in the city. Unfortunately the area is dangerous at the night time and so crowded in the day time.

Friendly staff but amenities are not great

The staff were accomodating to try and resolve any issues we had

Cons:

A big issue is the fact that the rooms do not have WiFi. You had to go down the corridor and sit in the communal area to get any internet access. The fire alarm in the room had also been removed from the ceiling. The hairdryer was broken and reception provided a new one which started smoking and melted the plastic the minute it was used. The safe in the room did not work. When we asked for this to be fixed, a staff member provided a new safe that was carried into the room (this could have been picked up and moved with the belongings inside if there was an intruder). The room had not been cleaned thoroughly either, with a bottle of alcohol on top of one of the shelves in the cupboard.

Me dieron un codigo para ingresar a la habitación y cuando ingresé estaba ocupada por alguien más, luego me dejaron esperando hasta que me cambiaron cuando yo había reservado por esa habitación
