とても便利で最高。
Pros:

海外在住､一時帰国の関西旅行で大きなラゲージがあったため、広島駅新幹線口から近く､すぐ荷物を預けることができたし、広島駅でお湯につかる。お湯につかる。お買物をするにもとても便利だった。チェックイン､チェックアウトもスムーズで簡単､お部屋も綺麗で思ってた以上に広く、アメニティも充実､クオリティも良かった。何より広島観光後、ゆっくりお湯に浸かれたのは最高だった！

Cons:

唯一、私には枕が高く硬かったので使うことができず、寝ている間、首が疲れた。

大浴場には女性は入らない方がおススメです
Pros:

部屋がキレイで広かった、大浴場はありますが部屋のお風呂で十分満足できると思う、部屋のあちこちに電源があるのも助かりました

Cons:

大浴場のシャワーの水がすぐにストップしすぎるので髪を洗うのは女性には止まるごとにストレスになる、節水シャワーハンドルはやめてほしい、またはもう少し、長く水がとまらず使えるようにしてほしい・・
節水をホテルはしているつもりが逆に何度も水を押すことになると思います（特に女性）露天風呂の朝ぶろの水が髪など浮いていて汚くて不潔・・次回から部屋のお風呂に入りたいと思います・・・。

駅から近くて便利。大浴場があるのも良かったです。コスパも良く、スタッフの方も笑顔で親切でした。館内は清潔感があり快適。特に上下別のパジャマが着心地抜群で、快適でした。また利用したいです。

Hôtel bien situé
Pros:

L‘hôtel est idéalement situé proche de la gare. Les chambres sont plutôt spacieuse, propres et bien pensées.

Cons:

Pendant le ménage ils ont touchés nos affaires et ont jeté des médicaments laissés sur la table.
Le petit déjeuner n’est pas terrible et il a peu de choix
