鍵のミスさえ無ければ最高でした。
Pros:

施設料金が安いのに綺麗。

Cons:

事前のメールが無く到着後にすぐに施設に入れず電話で対応して貰いポストを開ける事は出来たがへやのキーしか入っておらず自動ドアのカードキーが無かったので既に退室した人の返却ポストから勝手に借りた。
施設の入り方のメールは退室日の夕方に届いた。

東武スカイツリーライン竹ノ塚駅近で簡易キッチン付き「リーズナブル」

狭い、設備が古い、場所がわかりにくいので電話して聞きたくてもスタッフが居ない、当日にならないとチェックイン方法がわからない、又最初、鍵のポストが何処にあるのか分からなかった

出張の用事の合間に部屋で事務作業をする為と、寝るための宿泊だったので、敢えて贅沢は言わないが、それで考えると、宿泊料金高すぎる！
Pros:

電源タップが差込口たくさんあるものだったので、助かった。

Cons:

・歯磨きセットなどがなかった。
・スリッパなかった。
・ガウン、部屋ぎもなかった。
・調理できるが、電子レンジがないのはちょっと残念だった。
