Great room at convenient location.
Pros:

Rooms & breakfast were wonderful!!! Location convenient for events at United Center.

Cons:

Parking. Very confusing where we could park. Signage could be better & it would be nice to have specific directions in an email from the hotel.
Also, my confirmation email said parking was $30, then at checkin I was told it was $35.

Clean, friendly staff, easy to get to.
Pros:

Location was near the United Center, where we were seeing a concert. Restaurants were close by. It was near medical facilities and was a safe neighborhood.

Cons:

The breakfast was good, but basic.

This hotel has extremely friendly staff, spacious rooms and very good breakfast.
Pros:

Breakfast was very good. Rooms were nice and large with a great shower. The employees were very friendly and helpful. One of the friendliest staffs I have been around. Great job!

Cons:

Charging my credit card 2 times but was refunded. It's a little pricey, but that's Chicago. I would go back though.

Pros:

Very clean hotel with an awesome staff!! Walking distance to the United Center!! Breakfast was very good with lots of options.

Cons:

$35 a night for parking seems excessive for how much you're paying to stay there.

Not a value in any way shape or form, but overall a nice stay.
Pros:

Property was beautiful. Sprawling historical buildings (used to be a hospital!). It was clean and well cared for inside and the parking lot was huge right behind the building.

Cons:

Value for price, which seems to be a Chicago thing. We had one room that had one queen and one pullout bed (which was terribly uncomfortable) and it was over $700 for ONE NIGHT! No pool, breakfast wasn’t great, the “restaurant “ was just a bar.
