Beautiful and historic facility
Cons:

The bar/restaurant closes at 10:00pm. It was Saturday night, after a concert at the United Center. So many people were arriving back at the hotel. Due to our location, there was no other convenient place to go. For special events, I would have been open for a drink or bite of food.

It was a very pleasant experience.
Pros:

The hotel is very beautiful and was transformed from the original hospital. It seems that there is still a hint of the hospital atmosphere remaining. Because I'm a doctor, and that's also my professional sensitivity. The hotel front desk staff were all very friendly. The room was large, the bathroom was very clean, the hot water for bathing was abundant, and the corridors of the hotel were very spacious.

Cons:

We booked a room for three people. The sofa bed is difficult to pull out and the sheet of the sofa bed looks very old.

Excelente lugar para descansar.
Pros:

Llegamos en el metro desde el aeropuerto y la cercanía al hotel nos permitió movilidad y rápida llegada a los lugares de la ciudad que quisimos visitar.
Atención excelente del personal instalaciones cómodas, limpias y en muy buen estado.
Los alimentos en el desayuno excelentes y variados.
El inmueble es impresionante y el acceso muy controlado y tecnológico te da la tranquilidad de sentirte seguro

Overall the cleanliness in elevator, hallway and rooms was very good.
Pros:

The breakfast was good offered diff items and neat and location was great for places I had planned to go.

Cons:

For the hotel being newer I’d think there would of been more electrical outlets only 1 in bathroom
more light was extremely dark and extra mirror. Outside of bathroom to use as possibly vanity for
