주변 노후화된 모텔숙소에 비해서는 최근에 지어짐
엘리베이터가 여러대인점이 장점이라면 장점

Cons:

주차시스템, 또 다른 숙박업체와 나눠쓰는 개념인데 지하에 주차장이 협소해서 숙소에서 100미터 떨어진 다리건너 주차장까지 이동은 이해안되네요. 비오는날 캐리어 끌고 이고지고는 아닌듯

일이 많으시면 직원을 더 두셔서 퀄리티를 높이세요 건물만 번쩍하게 지어놓으면 뭐해요 ?

신식이라 청결해보였음

Cons:

4인 온돌방으로 했으나 사진과 다르게 실제로는 너무나 좁았음. 침구류도 2인분만 깔려있고 나머지는 개어있어서 2인실을 잘못 준건가 싶어 방이 작다고 얘기했으나 원래 그렇다고 함. 4명이 자기에는 좁습니다. 침구류도 조금씩 겹쳐질만큼 좁았음.
