Location was good

Cons:

The TV didn’t work. The air fryer was very dirty. The dishwasher was disgusting. And you could not lock the unit as the glass door on the patio did not lock.

Okay for a short stay, but it wouldn’t be a place where I would want to spend your whole holiday, unless the other units
Pros:

Great location, close to the beach and sandstone point, where we went to a concert. Also close to some lovely cafes.

Cons:

In the unit where we stayed, we couldn’t access the garage. Thankfully we were offered another car parking spot but only because I insisted. There was no air con in two of the bedrooms. The dining suite needed an upgrade and there wasn’t a lot in the way of matching crockery.

Beautiful location and if they spent money on the actual accommodation it would be nice
Pros:

The kids loved the pool

Cons:

The staff were really nice. The actual accomodation was terrible. One shower was missing the shower screen. Broken and left there. The other bathroom had mould on the roof. The bed in the main room was missing a leg so was on an angle. The toaster only half worked. The dish washer sounded like it was about to explode. It looked like it hadn’t been maintained in 20 years

The location was excellent, we had a water view, even though we had a ground floor unit, the area across the street had a extensive parklands with walking paths and access to the water.

Bright and airy. Close to the beach

Cons:

Need a soap holder of some kind In the bathrooms. Need darker curtains in the lounge room. These are not dislikes just recommendations.

Good location but don’t expect too much of the apartment itself.
Pros:

Location was good, staff were friendly.

Cons:

The apartment we stayed in was extremely outdated, moldy in the bathrooms & overall quite dusty throughout. The glass door was broken off the shower & just left sitting in the bathroom. Dirty dishes in the cupboards that needed to be washed before using. Washing machine was badly rusted. Incorrect height signs for car which could’ve resulted in damage to my vehicle had I not got out & checked before parking - & ended up having to park on the street outside complex.
