تعامل الموظفين بشكل راقي وحاب اشكر الموظف سفيان في الرسبشن على تعامله الاستثنائي والمحترم
Good location in the center of the city. Breakfast is good.
1. Room is not soundproof. You can hear the people in the hallway all the way from your bed. The door doesn't block noise.
Sound also travels through the walls and floors. Sound of slamming doors in other rooms, etc. This is not as described on this website and also not according to the price paid in comparison to other options. You can stay in a poorly soundproofed room for about 1/3rd of the price paid at this hotel.
2. Trying to relax at the pool is basically impossible because the lifeguard worker was playing annoying social media clips on his smartphone with the sound on. This happened two days in a row with two different workers. I have no idea who educated these people. It is incredibly rude, inconsiderate, or a sign of poor public etiquette. Playing with the phone during work is already weird, but disturbing guests by playing random tik tock videos with the phone on speaker mode is something that just doesn't belong in any profession, especially not when the people you are disturbing have paid money to be there and are trying to relax in a pool area. This really doesn't meet any standard.
Because of these two points, I don't recommend people to book this hotel and I think that 2/10 is an appropriate score.

النظافة و تعامل الموظفين
بدايةً عند دخولي للموقع تم السداد في الاستقبال إلا ان بعدها تم الخصم التلقائي من حسابي البنكي عن طريق الخطأ وتم الابلاغ والموضوع قيد الإجراء
ثانياً - في منتصف الليل فوجئت بإنقطاع تام للماء حتى الصباح من دون إنذار مسبق علماً بأن إقامتي في الفندق تعتبر في شهر العسل وتم اختياري للفندق وانا على يقين بأنه خمس نجوم ويليق بمستوى إمارة دبي
ثالثاً - تم تشغيل جرس انذار الحريق داخل الغرفة عن طريق الخطأ من نظام آلية الفندق مما ادى ذلك إلى ازعاجاً وعدم ارتياح في النوم
علماً بأن تم الابلاغ الاستقبال بكل ما ذكر وتمت الإفادة بأن سيتم إرجاع المبلغ خلال 7 ايام وأما في ما يخص التعويض بليلة أخرى بجناح خاص او استرجاع المبلغ الذي تم الحجز فيه ويوجد لدينا فيديو بعدم وجود ماء
