The facilities were excellent, as were the location, the breakfast, the cleanliness and tidiness of everything, and the view from my window.

Cons:

The reception staff treated both me and the Booking.com representative who contacted them to resolve an issue regarding my deposit in a very unprofessional manner. They demanded a $900 deposit for absolutely no reason and treated me inappropriately. I had to call Booking.com to reach an agreement, as there was no policy requiring such a deposit; in the end, I only paid $200. They never explained why they had asked for the higher amount they simply lowered the deposit out of the blue. I had to involve Booking.com to resolve the problem; they wasted my time and caused me a great deal of aggravation.

Brilliant.
Pros:

Brilliant hotel. Great price. So clean, bedrooms a good size. Pool was great, towels given at pool. Complimentary breakfast. Free airport transfer every 30mins. 6 mins to airport. World of beer was great to walk to for food. Don’t hesitate to book.

NOT a real Hyatt House
Pros:

DO NOT stay here if you are looking for the room experience that the Hyatt Houses are supposed to offer. My room was a Hyatt Place room experience for a Hyatt House price. If you need the Hyatt House amenity of a full kitchen, then skip this one and check the other properties right next to this hotel: TownePlace Suites, Homewood Suites, Home2 Suites, or Hilton Garden Inn. The area is nice but if you need kitchen, like I did, this is NOT the place to stay!

My reservation could have been fulfilled. They over booked me and sent me packing to another hotel. Very unprofessional and unreliable.
