Pros:

All food was delicious, including a superb breakfast. Settings around the hotel were beautiful and the beach was lovely. Staff were very friendly and accommodating.

Cons:

Though the Tapasaki restaurant itself was great, they played loud music around the pool during the daytime, when it was the only child-free area on the premises you could go to relax.

Amazing beach, the sand and the water are phenomenal!
Feels very private, and not too crowded at all.
Loved the breakfasts, and the Asian restaurant for dinner!
Amazing atmosphere, will definitely be back!

Cons:

The beach needs buttons for calling a waiter, sometimes it took a lot of waving for someone to notice us.
The complimentary stretch class was a bit underwhelming and lasted 25 min only.
There was a stained towel in our bathroom upon arrival.

One of the finest luxury resorts I’ve ever stayed at—I can’t wait to come back.
Pros:

One of the best luxury properties I have ever stayed at. The location is breathtaking, the rooms are beautifully designed, and every detail feels thoughtfully curated. The service was exceptional from check-in to check-out, with staff who genuinely made us feel welcome. The food was outstanding, the spa and wellness facilities were world-class, and the entire resort felt peaceful, exclusive, and impeccably maintained. I only stayed one night but wished I had booked a longer stay.

Cons:

Honestly, nothing significant. If I had to mention one thing, it would be that one night wasn’t enough to fully experience everything the resort has to offer.

We had an absolutely wonderful stay at One&Only. To celebrate my birthday, we were upgraded to a stunning villa and welcomed with thoughtful treats that made our arrival extra special.

The villa was beautifully designed, offering both privacy and comfort. It was fully equipped with everything we could possibly need, including a well-appointed kitchen, comfortable bedrooms, laundry facilities, and many other thoughtful amenities.

The service throughout our stay was exceptional. Every member of the staff was professional, attentive, and genuinely caring. Every request was handled promptly, courteously, and always with a smile.

The breakfast was delicious and plentiful, with a wide variety of high-quality options. The restaurants were outstanding, offering excellent food along with professional, personalized, and welcoming service.

The heated pool and private beach were simply fantastic and exceeded our expectations in every way.

I highly recommend this hotel to anyone looking for a luxurious and relaxing vacation experience. This was our second stay at One&Only within the past year, and we are certain that we will be returning again.
