Excellent.Variety was fantastic.
I though the service in the Italian restaurant was slow.They were under staffed.
Also re lunch which was excellent but would have been helpful yo have a snack option.

I have traveled around the world in search of the most luxurious hotels, and this hotel has completely ruined me because I know I will never find anything quite like One&Only Portonovi again.
The reception is spectacular, the facilities are absolutely magnificent and defined by the highest level of luxury, and the customer service is truly seven-star.
I don’t want to sound flattering, but the money I invested in my stay feels insignificant compared with everything I experienced.
Today was my last day, and unfortunately, I became ill. I informed the hotel, and Peter Dovrobic, while being unable to provide me with medication due to hotel policy, kindly advised me on which pharmacy to visit. They even offered to take me to the pharmacy themselves to purchase what I needed, and they brought me a soup to help me recover.
Mirjana Popadik took such wonderful care of me with chocolates and fresh fruit, while Dimash Tiribossynov looked after us exceptionally well.
It is almost impossible to put into words the kindness of the housekeeping manager, who, with a warm smile, gave my baby a stuffed toy. It made him the happiest baby in the world. And the same goes for the bell staff—their level of service is simply impossible to describe.

No areas to chill in
Well, that's a family hotel. With it's goods and bads.
Gym is great.
For a couple looking for something more secluded and romantic - that's not a good choice.
You don't want to go to these beaches and swimming pools fool of visitors. Probably not intended for couples, really.
Quartos, Gym, Praia
One&Only Portonovi is a beautiful property with spacious, elegant rooms, excellent facilities, a lovely setting and a very good breakfast. There are also some genuinely excellent staff members who went out of their way to help during my stay.
Unfortunately, the overall experience did not match the level I would expect from One&Only or from a hotel at this price point. Service was inconsistent, particularly around the pool and beach, where I often had to actively look for staff to order food or drinks. Communication and ownership were also lacking when problems arose with hotel-arranged services.
The property is huge, with several pools and restaurants, but surprisingly it felt very quiet and lacked atmosphere even in August. Food and drink availability between lunch and dinner was also much more limited than I would expect from a luxury resort.
Overall, the hotel has enormous potential and the physical product is impressive, but the service, attention to detail and atmosphere need to improve significantly to justify the price and the One&Only name.
