Satisfied for the price paid
Pros:

The location was convenient. There's a supermarket just across the street and Iriya train station is about 5-7 mins walk away. 1 stop away from Ueno. There're also combinis and 7-11 nearby. Quiet and non touristy neighbourhood which is a breather away from the massive crowds.

The room and beds were comfortable for a family of 4. Suitable for kids.

Cons:

The room's carpet feels dirty and could do with some good cleaning. Some freshening up of the room make the place even better.

Pros:

Location was within walking distance to Ueno Zoo, Asakusa shopping, Asakusa Temple and so much more! Plenty of 7/11s and food shops around too.

Cons:

The room itself was smaller than it looked in the pictures and not overly clean - we had to clean the dust filter on the dryer before we could use it, and had to clean hair from the shower drain

飯店位子不錯，離地鐵站走路約10分鐘內，附近有一間中型超市很方便，周遭安靜，比較看不到觀光客的蹤影

Pros:

Spacious. It feels luxury to have that big of a space at this price in tokyo, we can fully open our luggages. There's even a dining table with a TV next to it. All dining and cooking wares are provided, spoons, plates, bowls, cups, pans, pot etc.
Wifi is great. I have not had any connectivity issue unlike some larger hotels that you have to share with a lot of guests.
There's a stove, microwave, fridge, washing machine.

Cons:

The station nearby - Iriya station is a small station and it doesn't have great elevator/escalator access. For exit 3 and 4 (closest to the hotel), there's a elevator but it's only on 1 side of the platform, if you're heading the other way then you'll have to carry your luggage up/down the stairs.
The extra blanket under the sofa bed is a little dusty.
