星一つも与えたくないくらい最悪の体験でした。
紹介写真や概要では普通のホテルを装っていますが、実際にはレセプションなどはなく、スタッフはどこにもいませんでした。ウェブ上でチェックインし、開錠コードを入手する形式です。チェックイン時間まで建物に入ることができないので、荷物などは預けることができません。
5月に利用しましたが、部屋の暖房が壊れてつけっぱなしになっていて、サウナのように暑い状態でした。記載されている番号に電話をかけましたが、代わりの部屋も用意されず、他の町にいるから明日の朝またかけてくれと言うだけでした。翌朝電話をかけてもまたかけ直してくれと言われ、全く話になりませんでした。
防音性も皆無で、隣の部屋の声や廊下の音が全て聞こえます。

Cons:

Habe mit Frühstück gebucht aber es gab keins. Musste nachfragen wo das Frühstück bleibt. Hatte keine Ahnung, nach nochmaliger Nachfrage wurde mir mitgeteilt, dass es kein Frühstück gibt. Haha. Frage mich wann ich meinen Aufpreis für das Frühstück wieder bekomme. Speed Internet, davon war gar keine Rede. Musste mein eigenes Daten Volumen benutzen.

Hände weg - Gewinnoptimierung des Bezreibers !!!

Die Lage

Cons:

Die bei Booking bereits erfolgte Zahlung war im System nicht hinterlegt => kein Check in möglich!!! Daher Anruf: der freundliche Herr verliert aber kein Wort darüber, dass es das gebuchte (und bereits bezahlte!) Frühstück gar nicht gibt ! Erst am nächsten Morgen erfährt der dumme Gast, dass er sich darum selber kümmern darf, selbstverständlich gibt es aber einen QR Code, wo man eine Rückvergütung beantragen kann ( wieviel eigentlich?). Bis heute keine Info und keine Rückzahlung!

Hände weg, es gibt genug seriöse Alternativen in Stuttgart!

A hotel elhelyezkedése jó, központi.

Cons:

Az egész hotel büdös, cigiszagú. A szobák és a fürdő kollégiumi jellegű, leharcolt berendezéssel. Az előre kifizetett reggeli egyszerűen minden előzetes értesítés nélkül elmaradt.

Hauptbahnhof war sehr leicht zu erreichen, Möbel waren für unseren Kurzurlaub passend

Leider haben wir kein Frühstück erhalten trotz dass wir dafür bezahlt haben - ein Mitarbeiter am Telefon war auch nicht freundlich - ebenso wurde die Haustür immer wieder laut zu geknallt somit wurde man auch nach 22 Uhr gestört
