Pros:

The rooms were very spacious compared to other Japanese hotels (plenty of space for multiple suitcases), and the amenities were very modern and clean. Good soundproofing even though a main road was outside our window, and good blackout blinds.
The train station and 7/11 were very close by, and there was a vending machine on our floor, making for a very convenient stay.
The terrace and lounge on the top floor offered great views, plenty of seating options, and affordable drinks.

Pros:

相撲好きの母に、少し遅い母の日のプレゼントとして宿泊しました。スタッフの方々が皆さん日本の方でとても感じが良く、チェックインの際、早めにお部屋に入らせてくださったのは、とても助かりました。高齢の母にとって早く横になれてありがたかったと思います。窓から国技館を見下ろせ、朝5時から関係者の方々の出入りが始まる様子も見てとれて、とても良い思い出になりました。とても居心地が良く、出る時はお名残惜しかったです。毎年宿泊したいです。ありがとうございました。

全くありません。強いて言えば、水辺ラインに乗れなかったことぐらいです。御ホテルには関係ありません。

Big rooms, we had everything we need. Everyday the room was cleaned and all the additional things like soaps and water were refilled daily!!
The staff was super nice, really helpful, great English.
Location is amazing, very close to the train station, and the station itself was great with a big 7-11 and a bunch of lines!
Highly recommended!!!
