Blissful, peaceful stay in a stunning location with wonderful staff.
Pros:

The location, the bed, the staff, and especially the breakfast!

Cons:

Squeaky floors which are understandable in an old building but we were always aware that we *might* be disturbing other guests.
A kettle in the room and firmer pillows would have just been the icing on the cake.

Fabulous host, fantastic hotel! We had room 9 on the top floor. It was huge with a lounge area and an extra single bed and a cot. We sat on the balcony and enjoyed a drink while admiring the views of the mountains and the beautiful church. The hotel is comfortable with traditional features and very quiet. Breakfast was delicious and varied and the restaurant suggested by Walter in the town offered reasonably priced local food that was also delicious! We only stayed one night but wished we could have stayed longer.

Perfect place to stay! Close to Grossglockner alpine road entrance, perfect view of the town, wonderful staff, spacious room, breakfast with variety in a quaint room. Couldn't ask for more. The tub and window views in our family room were a plus.

Pros:

DasFrühstücksangebot war hervorragend, die Lage des Hauses detto. Dass das Wetter schön war,ist zwar nicht Verdienst des Hauses, wird aber mit dem Aufenthalt in Heiligenblut immer verbunden bleiben.
Die Kirche fanden wir besonders interessant - im speziellen alle Einzelhaiten im Inneren.

Cons:

Ich hätte mir eine bessere Erklärung der Frage nach dem Namen des Hauses (in Verbindung mit dem Kaiserhaus) erwartet..
