Pleasant stay - but hotel needs to improve its maintenance.
Pros:

Central location, close to local railway - free shuttle to and from Dubai airport was a bonus.

Cons:

Coffee machine didn't function, both TV's (lounge and bedroom) didn't function. Carpets were a bit stained and worn.

Cons:

Given a non-smoking room, we would expect the corridor to be the same, quite logically! It was horrendously smokey all along the corridor, especially for us folks with breathing issues this was hell!

Wonderful experience
Pros:

First, I would like to say a big thank you to Ms. Alaa for being such a wonderful and accommodating person. She was very helpful and made our stay even more pleasant.

The staff were very professional, friendly, and welcoming. The room was spacious, elegant, and beautifully maintained. Overall, we had a wonderful experience and truly appreciated the excellent hospitality. I would definitely recommend this place and look forward to coming back again!
