Overall, a good stay, but the hotel needs to focus more on service quality to meet five-star standards.
Pros:

comfortable stay, and convenient location

Cons:

There was no valet parking service, so guests had to park their own cars. For a 5-star hotel, I expected this service to be available. Also, the breakfast was not as good as expected and did not meet a 5-star standard.

مشاءالله تبارك من افضل الفنادق كتعامل وسرعه في الاجرات قريبه من المطار من الخدمات وخدمه الغرفه. والنظافه اشكر السيده الاء علي حسن الاستقبال والتعامل

Cons:

No accessories in the bathroom. It would be nice if you could provide some toiletries and accessories as travellers like us would appreciate it .

انتظرنا اكثر من ربع ساعه في حتى وصلنا الي الاستقبال كان زحمه و كذالك انتظرنا اكثر من ربعه ساعه حامل الشنط و آخر شي حملناها لحالنا والتكيف ما يبرد حيد في احدى الغرف ضوء لوحة مفاتيح التكييف عاليه و كانك مشغل النور فالغرفه
