Overall experience was very bad this time completely disappointing for a rated 5star hotel. It was my second time choosing the hotel however the experience this time was not good. The room was smelling like a lot of humidity too much odor especially in the shower area. It was not properly cleaned or it was not cleaned by the time of my arrival. The noises in the corridors were insane i was feeling the sounds inside the room. My second night was terrible the room nextby had the tv open very loud and i could hear them fully i tried multiple times to sleep but i couldn’t… way too much noise i had to put my airpods on in order to close my eyes. Gym was dirty . I mentioned the above to the lady at the reception on 04/07/2026 in the morning 10:50am during my checkout and the lady immediately and very kindly apologized despite the fact of non of this being her responsibility. Except from the kindness of the reception lady i didn’t enjoy nothing else at this stay.
The receptionist Ms Hritika was extremely helpful and professional. In my personal opinion, she is one of the best staff members I deal with regularly. She plays a very important role in the hotel and truly makes a difference with her excellent service and support.

also i received a call from reception in early morning (3 am) twice even i told the first one you are wrong.
