The room was somewhat noisy due to outside sounds and the AC. The mattress was a little too soft for my liking, which affected my comfort during the stay. Other than that, everything was fine.

I loved the professionalism of the staff, especially Adnan. He was always ready to lend a helping hand to me and my wife. I think he deserves an award. He would always make people want to come again and again to the facility. I also so much loved their breakfast. It was really good, and always on time.
House keepers were well behaved, and the hotel security was top-notch. I say this because, when I misplaced my laptop on arrival, it was through their investigative effort that pointed me to where I found it. I will give them a thumbs up for that wonderful effort. I would recommend Grand Mercure Hotel always to anybody who cares to know.

The air conditioning was extremely hot; there was no cooling as it should be. Every time I come to the hotel, this is the problem. It's not good at night; when I sleep, I sweat from the heat. But everything else is really good and wonderful. I love this hotel and the service
