Service was great. We enjoyed the pool.
Nothing.
I’m love the atmosphere in this hotel. I love the old look, beams, ceilings and history
The only negative to me is not having coffee in the room. I know there is coffee downstairs but I like having my coffee without having to get dressed and go down to get it.
We really enjoyed the location. Staff was very nice.
I didn't like that our room was so bright from the lights shining in from the westin hotel. It was coming through the shower window. Very Bright throughout the night. Didn't like that since we get up early didn't have a coffee pot in room. We had to drive to Starbucks at 6 in the morning.
This hotel did not disappoint. One11 is in the perfect location for everything we wanted to see or experience! I highly recommend this hotel when visiting New Orleans.
The property was in an excellent location.
I was charged an extra $30.00 for using my credit card and was not informed of this charge during check-in.
Location
The energy went off and and no generator, so no AC
Love the location, walkable, atmosphere is amazing being right by the quarters and French Market. This is the hidden gem of the City
Loved the property
Did not read before hand that there was a railway track so 2 x a night a long American train went pass and had to sound its horn because of the crossings
Also not a lot of hanging space for clothes but we did manage
If you are looking for a great hotel near all the action without the excessive noise, One11 Hotel is for you! I was in New Orleans for a friend's birthday trip, and this was the hotel for our group. I am so happy that the birthday girl selected this property. I booked a king-bed unit; the room was spacious and clean, with a really comfortable bed. Also, the staff was helpful and friendly. I would stay here again and recommend this property 1000%.
Our room was not cleaned at that day after we told them to come back in an hour. For the cleaned days, our towels are not changed. We have to request new ones, from our cell phone since the hotel phone is not reachable to the front desk. If it was, then the instruction on the phone is extremely confusing. The other day, we requested extra ear plugs and hair dryer diffuser directly from the front desk and it was never arrived. The soundproof is the worst I had ever experienced, we were waked by cars and trains outside before 730am EVERYDAY. Also, the breakfast is so bad, and the milk is even gone sour at the first morning! Completely different quality with the One hotel in NYC. Can't believe it was a 5 star.
I liked that the location was at the end of the French Quarter, close to restaurants and activities but still far enough that you don’t hear all the partying. You do hear the boats but that didn’t really bother us. The aesthetics in the room were nice. The rooftop was pretty.
The breakfast was disappointing so we didn’t even bother with it. We left and went to a restaurant each day. The pool was kind of dirty so we didn’t get in. Wish we had a fridge & microwave because we couldn’t take our leftovers from restaurants. The pillows on the bed weren’t great and the daily cleaning could have been better.
Location, comfortable room, river view, good breakfast.
Very noisy. A train honking in the middle of night so loud that it seems it’s inside your room. The walls are thin. Small room. No privacy for the bathroom. Parking is incredibly expensive. Great location. Clean.
