We enjoyed it very much!
Pros:

The front desk staff was very helpful and courteous. They even provided a refrigerator which was greatly appreciated! We really appreciated the happy hour drinks and your friendly bartender . We enjoyed the daily breakfast and how everything was a 10 to 15 walk from the hotel! We loved the look of the hotel . Very unique!

Cons:

We signed up for maid service each day. One day I had to call the front desk for maid service which didn’t come until after 4pm. In addition,we were given two water bottles which were never replaced . Toilet paper wasn’t replaced and dirty glasses and cups sat in my room 2/3 days. Towels not replaced either ! I literally had to walk them down to the front desk myself. This was very frustrating because the hotel wasn’t even busy when we
were there! I can’t imagine what happens when it’s busy !

Wasn’t worth my money. I’ve never stayed in a hotel in New Orleans that was this disappointing.

The room was extremely small. Greeted upon the front desk clerk wasn’t so pleasant. Almost $200 for parking which is insane. Free continental breakfast with very little to choose from. There were no alternatives the strawberries were overly ripe and the cantaloupe was hard and bitter. Our bathroom sink had brown stuff running down the sink before I could use it. I asked room service to take out the trash in my room and bring clean towels that didn’t happen. Happy hour menu doesn’t have much food but offer more beverages.

Pros:

We really enjoyed the location. Staff was very nice.

Cons:

I didn't like that our room was so bright from the lights shining in from the westin hotel. It was coming through the shower window. Very Bright throughout the night. Didn't like that since we get up early didn't have a coffee pot in room. We had to drive to Starbucks at 6 in the morning.

Pros:

I’m love the atmosphere in this hotel. I love the old look, beams, ceilings and history

Cons:

The only negative to me is not having coffee in the room. I know there is coffee downstairs but I like having my coffee without having to get dressed and go down to get it.

This is my second time staying at this hotel and it’s a cute boutique hotel.
Pros:

The property was in an excellent location.

Cons:

I was charged an extra $30.00 for using my credit card and was not informed of this charge during check-in.

Loved the property

Cons:

Did not read before hand that there was a railway track so 2 x a night a long American train went pass and had to sound its horn because of the crossings
Also not a lot of hanging space for clothes but we did manage
