No respetan el precio de la reserva por Booking.
Pros:

Compré por booking mi estadía por 1 noche me salía $100.000.- pero hubo un error en la pagina donde no subió la edad de mi hija que es 12 años. El recepcionista no respeta el precio y unilateralmente lo sube a $149.000.- Quedé muy decepcionado. No me esperaba esto, pesima experiencia. Esto fue en el Diego de Almagro de Castro.

La Señora del Restaurante muy poco amable, ni se sonrió parecía estaba de velorio, la habitación fría no indican que hay que prender la calefacción al llegar y nos morimos de frío mi esposo y yo , el desayuno malo , no me gustó

Este hotel me gusta, pero justo esta vez me dieron un habitacion mala, no fue una buena experiencia

Desayuno ok, el hotel es grande y amplio

Cons:

La habitaciòn otorgada, no tenia funcionando el extractor del aire del baño, por lo tanto, la habitaciòn se puso de mal olor, el telefono no estaba conectado, no podia llamar a recepciòn. Y el aire acondicionado, estaba muy alto, no pudimso bajarle la temperatura.

HOTEL NORMAL QUE NO VALE LO QUE SE COBRA.
Pros:

La piscina temporada.

Cons:

El desayuno súper precario, todos los días huevos y chorizo de cóctel muy precario para ser de la cadena DA.
La gestión y atención para extención d l servicio pésima, dos días sin poder entrar a la habitación porque se desactivan las llaves volviendo a recepción para su activación.
El último día no pasó limpieza por habitación lo cual llevo a un cambio de habitación.
