Beautiful place in nature, but the location is very inconvenient
Pros:

What did you like about the property?
The hotel has a beautiful view and offers a complimentary hot tub that you can book for one hour during the day, which was a nice touch. The room was also clean and comfortable. However, it was not very quiet: there were loud events in the main square continuing past midnight and starting again as early as 6 a.m., with microphones and music at full volume, so the noise was quite disruptive.

Cons:

Breakfast was quite limited, but the main issue is the location. The hotel is extremely inconvenient if you want to go into Salento, as you have to walk through the woods to get down and Uber drivers do not come to the property because it is outside their service area. We had also arranged a pick-up with the hotel, but nobody ever came. We also had a serious issue with the water pressure: there was very little water, and while I was washing my hair it stopped completely. Considering how isolated the property is, the hotel should offer much better and more reliable transport options and support for guests.

Una stanza con vista sulla vallata, svegliati ogni mattina dai condor delle Ande
Pros:

La vista dalla stanza era magnifica. Il letto molto comodo, ma avrebbero potuto arredare meglio la parte esterna con dei cuscini sulle sedie e un tavolino. L'hotel nel complesso però è molto bello e al ristorante si amngia benissimo. Anche le colazioni sono ricche e molto buone. La posizione non è comoda se si vuole uscire la sera perchè Salento dista 15 minuti di passeggiata nel bosco, ma d notte non è percorribile e comunque al ritorno dalla città è molto in salita. Nel complesso però la vista sulla vallata ripaga lo sforzo. C'è anche una piccola vasca idromassaggio all'aperto per gli ospiti.

Cons:

Le stanze vicino alla reception sono un po' rumorose. La terrazza era arredata con due sedie scomode e se chiudevi la portafinestra mentre eri fuori restavi chiuso all'esterno (ci è capitato!).

Tiene una vistas increíbles. Las habitaciones y todo el complejo es maravilloso. Recomiendo también desayunar y cenar en este hotel porque estaba todo muy rico.

Pros:

La situation est exceptionnelle avec des vues incroyables. Le Kawa est un peu retiré et permet de varier les activités autour (ballade à cheval, randonnée dans la Carbonera, Salento). Les soirées sont dingues au coin du feu en jouant aux cartes et les repas délicieux. Nous avons débuté notre séjour en Colombie en famille de manière géniale.Foncez

Cons:

L'accès étant un peu difficile, il est recommandé de prévoir un transport privé ou un taxi plutôt qu'une location de voiture.

Kleines Schmuckstück in traumhafter Lage
Pros:

Super freundliches und hilfsbereites Personal, ein atemberaubender Blick vom Zimmer sowie von der Terrasse. Privater Weg runter in die Stadt nach Salento. Unfassbare Früchteauswahl zum Frühstück und leckeres Frühstück à la carte. Das Abendessen war ebenfalls wunderbar, und der Kellner Julian, war unfassbar aufmerksam und hilfsbereit. Zudem haben wir über das Hotel einen ganztägigen Ausflug gebucht, der ebenfalls großartig war. Danke an das ganze Team wir haben uns sehr wohl gefühlt.

Pros:

Un très bel hôtel avec une vue magnifique situé à 10mn à pieds de Salento. Les équipements sont bien. Les repas et le petit déjeuner sont très bons. Le personnel est sympathique.

Cons:

Hôtel et les repas qui restent néanmoins assez chers. La chambre à côté de la réception et de la cuisine reste bruyante malgré les deux portes.

Pros:

Avant tout une vue incroyable sur la montagne et au calme sans musique forte (ce qui est rare en Colombie). Ambiance de chalet de montagne avec un mini jacuzzi. Certainement l’un des meilleurs points de vue de Salento. Personnel très à l’écoute

Cons:

Attention le chemin d’accès est en très mauvais état si vous n’avez pas un 4x4 roulez très prudemment
