Kawa truly exceeded all expectations!
Pros:

Our stay at the hotel in Salento truly exceeded all expectations. The breathtaking views alone made the stay unforgettable, but everything else was just as amazing. The food — both breakfast and dinner — was absolutely delicious and exceeded expectations every day.

What really made the experience special was the incredible staff. Everyone was so friendly, welcoming, and genuinely helpful. A special mention goes to Eduardo at the front desk — his excellent English was such a bonus, and he was always kind, helpful, and attentive. He truly made the stay even more pleasant.

Albani was also wonderful — so sweet, hardworking, and always helpful. Her English was also very good, which made communication easy and comfortable.

A big thank you as well to Johnny from Acaime, who gave an early morning tour on the last day. Even though he didn’t speak English, he spoke Spanish slowly and clearly for us and really did his best to make sure we understood everything he was explaining. That effort meant a lot and made the experience even more memorable.

Overall, this was one of the best hotel experiences ever had, and every moment of the stay was enjoyed to the fullest. This hotel would be recommended to absolutely everyone — it’s a place that truly makes you feel welcome and cared for.

Un séjour magnifique et reposant, avec une vue incroyable et un personnel exceptionnel.
Pros:

Tout !
La gentillesse de l’ensemble du personnel a vraiment rendu le séjour spécial.
La prise en charge était attentionnée et personnalisée du début à la fin.
La chambre, simple mais très jolie, offrait une vue absolument magnifique 😍
Le petit déjeuner était délicieux, avec un excellent café ☕️
La vue depuis l’hôtel est tout simplement superbe et l’atmosphère générale du lieu est magique et reposante.

Cons:

Très peu de choses à signaler.
Petit axe d’amélioration : les toilettes fonctionnent avec un système de sanibroyeur et l’ajout d’une douchette serait un vrai plus pour le confort.

An incredible experience outside of the main tourism in Solento
Pros:

A cozy small, yet luxury restaurant, with an amazing and incredibly friendly staff. The view in the mountains is simply mind blowing. The room was peak clean and comfy.

Pros:

The hotel has beautiful views, and the staff are very friendly and helpful. The surroundings are perfect for taking a walk, and they also offer a tour around the hotel trails that I highly recommend. The breakfast is delicious and offers a great variety of options.

Cons:

The main access road to the hotel can be challenging if you have a small car, but the hotel provides several solutions to make it easier for guests.

Maravillosa estancia en lo alto de Salento
Pros:

Excelente alojamiento con vistas increíbles. La habitación doble Deluxe es una maravilla, con cama extra grande y muy cómoda y con balcones. El personal super amable y atento. La comida muy buena y el desayuno muy completo. Hay un camino peatonal por el bosque, de 5 minutos, para poder llegar a Salento andando, muy útil.

Perfektes Hotel, ruhig, sauber, mit tollem Ausblick
Pros:

Unglaublich schöne Zimmer, der Ausblick ein Traum, Frühstück mit soviel Liebe zum Detail zubereitet, sehr freundliches Personal.
Einfach perfekt!
Restaurant am Abend ebenfalls mit ausgewählten und nicht alltäglichen Speisen- sehr gut, ein Lob an die Küche!
In den Ort geht man 7-10 Minuten zu Fuß durch einen Waldweg. Wieder hinauf zu kommen, ist ein bisschen schwieriger, es sind einige Stufen, aber es gibt Taxis oder Uber.
Tolle Touren in der Umgebung.

El desayuno estuvo delicioso, la ubicación es excelente, la atencion es muy buena, la carretera es un poco incomoda en especial después de la lluvia.

Que tuvimos inconvenientes con la electricidad dos días seguidos, deberían prever eso y tener una planta de energía.

Hotel con vistas impresionantes al Valle de Cocora y con una comida exquisita.

El sitio es precioso y la comida buenísima.

Cons:

Desde mi cabaña se oía mucho el ruido de río que venía muy cargado de agua y me tuve que cambiar a otro sin vistas pero muy tranquilo. Una pena!!
