Excellent weeklong stay at a very convenient location
Pros:

Great location good breakfast .
They also provided early packs for our day trips.
It was great to see the two ladies Ms.Mahliyo and Ms Sabina, silent and super efficient, who helped us with everything about breakfast including nice cappuccino.

Cons:

Had to pay 32.5 usd ie., half the standard rent of 65usd (44 usd was my booking.com rate for the day) for a few hours of late check out.
My genius status with booking.com did not convince them for a better rate for just 4 hours

Расположение хорошее

Cons:

Подушки ужасно не удобные жесткие, невозможно на них спать. Завтрак не вкусный и особо выбора то нет. Одеяла нет, на двоих людей простыня одна. Ночью замерзли. Утюга нет вещи гладить платно и то не умеют вообще гладить, как отдала так и принесли два раза.

While the reception staff provided helpful service, the food quality definitely needs improvement

I want to commend your reception staff. The lady at the front desk was wonderful and incredibly responsive to all of my queries.

Cons:

The breakfast service staff needs to be more polite and attentive. It seems they work in a restaurant which does not belong to this hotel. Also, I felt the food quality could be improved. Specifically, hot buffet items and coffee.

Ligging prima. Met de taxi makkelijk te bereiken. Ondanks vroeg vertrek was wat eerder ontbijten geen probleem. Personeel is behulpzaam bij vragen.

Tashkent and hotel " Leader" made everything possible .
Pros:

It's very clean. Flooring shaining so much . It was glossy . Stuff from front door to the cleaning lady's to the breakfast lady's did wonderful job. . Everyone make sure your stay is excellent. Location excellent. 15min until Kosmonavt metro subway . Everything in walking distance , and restoration Kassa was excellent. Anyway I have a blast staying in this hotel. The deserve highest and many stars 🌟 🤩 🌟 🤩 🌟 🤩 🌟 🤩 🌟

Cons:

Microwave so so so need it . It's important have it in each room . And pillows was to high/hard , stiffed.
