Pros:

The hotel is near the Chen Zhan MTR . Special mention the Front Desk Staff Sam. I went to seek his help as we have probably using Wechat and Alipay on reservation for our next day visit to Lingyin temple. He go all the way to help us by using his mobile app to reserve for us.

Cons:

Beware on the day trip book at the hotel tour counter. If you engage them for day trip, do let the staff in charge know in advance if you prefer non shopping day trip. If not you might be ending up at tea leaves shop or silk shop with the persuasive staff there.
Another thing , there is no mini fridge in the room.

Fijn verblijf
Pros:

We hebben een fijn verblijf gehad in dit hotel. De kamer was ruim en het bed was heerlijk groot en lag ontzettend lekker.

Een groot pluspunt vonden wij de self-service wasserette, waar je zelf je kleding kon wassen en drogen. Dat was erg handig tijdens ons verblijf.

Het personeel bij de receptie was vriendelijk en behulpzaam.

Wat we extra leuk vonden, was dat er bij de ingang een Cotti Coffee-winkeltje zat. Ideaal om even snel een koffie te halen voordat je op pad gaat.

Ook de ligging vonden we erg fijn. Winkels en restaurants waren met een DiDi meestal binnen maximaal 10 minuten te bereiken. Dat maakte het heel gemakkelijk om vanuit het hotel de omgeving te verkennen.

Al met al hebben we een prettig verblijf gehad en zouden we dit hotel zeker aanraden!

Als je een familie kamer hebt zie je elkaar douchen wat niet fijn is.

Great value, excellent service and professional staff
Pros:

Can’t be better. Super convenient location. Not even a min walk to metro and rail station. Westlake is two stops away. Room was clean with fresh linen and towel with amenities. reception staff Sam, Zoe and Rookie were great support. They let us check in early and check out late. Plenty of breakfast. Clean and lively dining. Staff were polite. Highly recommend if this fits your budget.
