Perfect place to stay very kid friendly and clean.
Pros:

Everything was perfect from the room, to the access to the waterpark, and nearby shopping centers and restaurants. Room had alot of space and was very comfortable. Great breakfast bar selection of cold and hot foods.

Celebrated Anniversary
Pros:

The General Manager, Mike Davis and his entire staff was great!! They gave us amazing hospitality from the time we walked through the hotel door until the time we checked out. Everyone was very friendly and professional. The location is perfect!! My husband and I celebrated our anniversary there this year and we were very happy that we chose this hotel and location. Gracie's Rooftop Lounge on top of the hotel was amazing as well!! We will go back again. We recommend this hotel to others. Room clean, lots to do!!

It was so close to the water park and entertaining center and restaurants and stores walking distance l!!!!! Didn’t have to fight traffic by driving! there was everything in once circle.

The construction going on but we understand cause they was extending but you asked what did we not like and we loved everything !

Pros:

We had a great stay at the Best Western next to Rigby’s Water World! The hotel is cute, clean, and comfortable, and having such easy access to the entire Rigby’s complex is AWESOME—especially if you’re traveling with kids.
But the biggest shout-out has to go to the GM, Mike Davis, who quite literally saved the day when my car battery died. He came outside in 94-degree Georgia heat, IN HIS BUSINESS SUIT, and jumped my car for me. Now THAT is above-and-beyond customer service!
Great location, great stay, and an even better staff. Thank you again, Mike—you were a lifesaver!
