Very good location and breakfast, but don’t expect to get any discrepancies resolved on the spot.
Pros:

The staff was very nice and the room accommodating. The breakfast selection was also very good. The location to Kansas City was also convenient.

Cons:

There was no management on the premises to resolve a dispute of charges. Hotel billed Booking.com for a higher amount, payment was therefore declined, and my credit card was charged the room in full again.

Awesome! Comforting and clean!
Pros:

Loved the Breakfast they actually had a chef and cooked amazing breakfast tacos and REAL eggs!! They had a yogurt bar and much more! Happy hour Wes great cheese and bread Oliver’s tapenade etc!! Free beer and wine….the front desk was one of thdd ex friendliest we have ever had!

Staff was friendly and the hotel was trendy and fun by design

Cons:

Our room was 80° and the AC in bedroom took hours to cool down. We went to bed sweating and uncomfortable. The room finally cooled down around 2am

Cute room, but no light filtering curtains, dead lightbulbs, and poorly stocked coffee
Pros:

The front desk staff was incredible. Our bed was comfortable. The decor is actually really nice and has some nice touches.

Cons:

Our mirror lights were out. There is only a light blocking shade and no curtain, so you’re either in a dungeon or everyone can see you. There was only decaf coffee in the room - 4 packs of decaf coffee. It felt like we paid for more than we really got considering basic amenities weren’t functioning. Out of the way unless you’re going to a soccer game.

Although my bin was emptied once, the room was otherwise not cleaned during my 4 night stay. Staff were also not often on the desk
