Très bien!!
Pros:

Hôtel très bien situé sur West Bay. Les chambres sont spacieuses et bien équipées. L'hôtel est calme. Le petit-déjeuner est excellent et varié et permet de trouver ce que l'on souhaite quelque soient ses goûts. Le personnel est cordial et toujours prêt à rendre service.

Cons:

Continuez comme cela, c'est parfait. Une petite remarque: pouvoir disposer de yaourts low-fat le matin au petit-déjeuner.

The location is good, room value was excellent however, the room service value was not so good.
Pros:

كانت جميله ورائعه والموظفين متعاونون جدا
Pros:

مساحة الغرفه كبيرة ومريحة والحمام كبير ومريح جدا ويوجد ف الفندق سوبر ماركت صغير ف الطابق 3 ويوجد خارج الفندق ك مجمع تجاري جميل .

Cons:

تكدس السيارات امام مدخل الفندق ،
عدم وجود موظفين استقبال كفايه يوجد موظف واحد فقط مما ادى الى ازدحام كبير من النزلاء ،
غلق الدور الارضي بالكامل مما يسبب ربكة للنزلاء لايوجد مخرج الا عبر الدرج من مدخل الفندق والدرج كبير جدا للنزول الى الاسفل مما يسبب التعب والاجهاد النزلاء ،
السوبر ماركت داخل الفندق لا يعمل 24 ساعه !!
الافطار كان متواضعا جدا ولا يرقى بمستوى فندق 5 نجوم .
المصاعد تتأخر كثيرا رغم عدم وجود نزلاء كثر عند الانتظار !!
