Clean, comfortable room, somewhat small, but with a large and comfortable double bed. Centrally located but quiet even though located on busy street . Friendly and helpful staff
The breakfast buffet was not as extensive as some other hotels on our trip. Coffee was excellent, though !
房間算滿大的，兩張單人床，還有一個衣帽隔間，打開行李沒問題，只可惜洗手台馬桶跟衛浴沒有分開，但是浴缸跟衛浴間都很大，但建議可以附一個淋浴間的小凳子。大廳有隨時可以喝的膠囊咖啡跟茶，非常棒。
飯店附近有超商跟對面是唐吉軻德很方便，但附近其實比較凌亂跟髒一點（神戶的感覺比較像台灣街道哈哈）但去大丸百貨附近也是很近（精品跟高級飯店區就完全不同的市景）。看地圖會覺得跟車站距離不遠，但因為路面沒有那麼好拖拉行李所以會體感覺得很遠。房間沒什麼採光。
位置良好, 每天房務都會打掃，很乾淨。衛浴設備相對大，也有浴缸，隔音不錯，住了五晚沒有聽到隔壁或街道的吵雜；一樓有飲水機可裝水

Great location, close to shops and stations. Plenty of things to do around the area and enough places to get food.
I stayed with a friend and had our rooms right next to each other, which was very convenient. The staff also accepted my request for a high floor! We could see the kobe port tower from rooms. The room was comfortable and clean and big enough for a large and small suitcase to be opened at the same time.
Overall, we had a wonderful stay. The staff is always so friendly and helpful. We will definitely be visiting again.
good location, just few minutes walk from the station, really close to a supermarket where is open at 9PM. room is small like typical JP hotel rooms but it was clean and you can get everything you need for short stays

Couldn’t be more central if you tried; Right by Chinatown and all the famous Kobe beef restaurants, Ikuta Shrine, and a quick bus ride to the aquariums. Breakfast was good and starts early, which was perfect for my early-to-bed, early-to-rise baby. They also gave my baby his own utensils and bear plate for breakfast which was so thoughtful and cute! The room was very neat, clean, and orderly, TV was new and a good size, and there were two kinds of pillows, a classic fluffy one and a Japanese style sobakawa style harder pillow, so I liked the options. The shower had no mildew or grime, it was nice and hot and clean! Check-in and check-out was totally fast and easy as well, the staff was pleasant and helpful.
Selfishly, I wish there was more baby related safety measures. The outlets were exposed, so I tried to block them off with random items like the clock or my stroller. And also there was no crib/bed gate or diaper pail provided (which we received at previous hotels); tbh I was a little worried about my baby rolling off the bed, haha. But I know I’m just being nitpicky. Just some things to consider if you’re traveling with your little one.
