Pros:

All staff were very helpful, clean comfortable room - location was a very easy 5 minute walk from both airpot and train station. Very friendly check-in, all in all excellent for a short stay.

Super comfortable bed and very nice room.

Cons:

Everything is too expensive. We had a instant rice box (one that put in microwave) for CHF36. I understand the mark up and how expensive Swiss is but this is feel like a rip off.

Amazing staff, great location, spacious modern room.
Pros:

Staff were amazing. Every one of them but William who checked me in so kindly and patiently deserves a special mention. The room was great. The location for an early flight out of Zürich the next day is perfect. Whoever trains the staff here should write a manual.

Cons:

The bed was uncomfortable. Too soft I think, anyway - I woke up very early with a sore back. Not great before 23 hour trip back to Australia.

Great facility with an amazing view; it's a quiet and beautiful place. Big kudos to Jessica, she helped me with check-in, showed me around, and was very helpful during my stay.
