I would never recommend this Hampton Inn location
Pros:

First off the i reserved a 2 rooms to be next to each other Jan 23rd. I even called the hotel Jan 23rd to confirm they could reserve two rooms next to each other for me, my wife, and 2 kids. The staff said "of course we can, you're all set for your arrival." We check-in July 8th and the front desk tells me I have a room on the 2nd floor and 4th floor. To make things worse, I ask if they can get me rooms next to each other like I had reserved and was told, they gave me a room key to a room with someone already in the room. My wife and I were shocked as I'm sure the guest was when we opened their door with the key the front desk gave us. When I brought this to the attention of the hotel they did nothing until I reported the breach of security to Hilton customer care. But the front office manager for the Hampton inn did not seem to take my concerns seriously at all. I will never recommend this hotel to anyone for the fact that they don't take guests concerns for their family's safty serious.

Clean and comfortable stay.
Pros:

I love that they had two choices of waffles. You could make yourself. It is a very good free breakfast bar with cereal, boiled, egg, hot breakfast, oatmeal, yogurt, and of course, coffee and OJ

Cons:

I thought the pool would be bigger. It was still good.

This hotel is within walking distance to many restaurants and other stores. It is also close to the freeway, but not so much that you hear it.
