Overall, I had an excellent stay. Restful and quiet during sleep hours.
Pros:

Staff was very pleasant and helpful! I was greeted with a smile and my complementary water was given to us without asking. Great service. Thank you.

I would without reservation recommend this property.
Pros:

1. The registration desk staff was efficient, speedy and pleasant. It got our stay off to a good start.
2. The room was clean, roomy, and the bathroom was stocked with plenty of towels.
3. The HVAC system worked perfectly.

Cons:

Powdered scrambled eggs are not my favorite, so I eat the hard boiled ones.

From the moment we checked in we were greeted with hospitality from the front desk clerk & all other staff members,were friendly & helpful.
Check in went smoothly.
The rooms were very clean & updated.
The bed was comfy & I loved the beach decor & pictures throughout the hotel.
The breakfast was excellent!

Pros:

Hampton Inn is always good. They're everywhere. Always clean the free food, very safe. Keyless entry is the best! Staff is always nice and helpful. You've got all you need here.

Cons:

Didn't have a hot tub. Us hard workers look for to that unwind.

Comfortable and clean
Pros:

We had a king size suite and it was very comfortable. There is a CVS next to it and bunch of resturants nearby. The imperial beach is a walking distance. Downtown and Coronado island were both around 15 - 20 min drive. The receptionist Alyssa is super nice, she ensured we had a comfortable stay with our baby and helped us setup the crib. If I come back to San Diego, I’ll for sure stay in this hotel again.

I have been going there for the past 3 years. and that's why i return there. just was surprised at the new parking fee.

much to my surprise this time around I was charged a parking fee. when I booked the room, it was not mentioned before. I'm not sure if it what of made up my mind to find another hotel. but I would have like to know in advance. it would be nice of you to refund on my parking fees due to the fact it is not mentioned on brochure. that may determine on future bookings. your help would greatly be appreciated

My family enjoyed our stay. Close to fast food area. I like how they have EV charger for tesla and non-tesla for FREE!!

Pros:

The staff were all very friendly and helpful. We needed another night and let us stay in our room and rebook. Its such a great location and within walking of some restaurants and grocery outlet.
The bartender Cheryl was a hoot! Good fun!
