Pros:

Sehr gemütliche Betten, schöne Ausstattung und einfacher, unkomplizierter Zugang über Codes. Die Tiefgarage ist ebenfalls super, von dort direkter Zugang zum Fahrstuhl, also kein langes Geschleppe des Gepäcks vom Auto ins Zimmer. Straßenbahn vor dem Haus fährt in unter 15min regelmäßig ins Zentrum. Ich würde die Unterkunft jederzeit wieder buchen!

Cons:

Es gibt nichts zu bemängeln. Wenn, dann höchstens, dass man bei offenem Fenster die Straßenbahn deutlich hört. Hat uns aber nicht gestört.

Die Lage war top. War alles da was man brauchte. Schön eingerichtet.

War nicht so sauber - staubig.. Schlafsofa hat sehr geknarzt. Bei jedem umdrehen ist man wach geworden

Gute Lage, aber, naja, verbesserungswürdig!
Pros:

Gute Lage, Pizzeria und Bäcker im Haus, Strassenbahnhalt vor dem Haus, öffentliches Parken problemlos.

Cons:

Schwieriger Zugang zum Hotelzimmer: Das Türterminal hat mehrfach eine Ziffer (0) nicht angenommen und die Eingabe abgebrochen. Außerdem ist das über Bewegungsmelder gesteuerte Licht im Treppenhaus mehrfach während der Codeeingabe ausgegangen - im Dunkeln keine Chance den Code einzutippen. Nur unter Nutzung der Taschenlampe im Smartphone war es mir möglich den Code komplett einzugeben. In Bettnähe sollte eine Steckdose sein, um das Smartphone aufzuladen, das war zwar gegeben, sämtliche Dosen waren jedoch mit WLAN-Routern belegt - nicht unbedingt sinnvoll direkt neben dem Kopf des Gastes! Der Lichttaster der Küchenzeile musste überredet werden um zu funktionieren. Am Bett gibt es keine Leselampe, bzw. keinen Schalter, man muss sich also im Dunkeln zum Bett tasten und Printmedien im Bett lesen geht nicht. Das Smartphone als Taschenlampe hat man nicht zur Hand, weil, siehe oben. Das Beleuchtungskonzept insgesamt ist nicht überzeugend. Das überraschend große Bad weist Baumängel auf, an etlichen stellen (vor allem in der Dusche) fehlen die Fliesenfugen - da dringt Wasser ein, würde mich nicht wundern wenn es dahinter schimmeln würde.

Excellente adresse pour visiter POSTDAM ET BERLIN
Pros:

Superbe appartement très bien équipé - garage très pratique pour décharger et charger le véhicule. Excellente adresse pour visiter Berlin avec une station de tramway face à l'immeuble dont la ligne est directe vers la gare principale de Postdam d'où partent très régulièrement des trains vers Berlin.

Unkomplizierter Zugang. Großzügige Parkgarage. Alles neu und modern eingerichtet.

Cons:

An der Garderobe fehlen Haken oder Bügel. Das ist nur als Hinweis für eine Verbesserung zu verstehen, da wir ansonsten sehr zufrieden waren.

Es war sehr sauber, modern eingerichtet, tolles Bad und sehr zentral gelegen. Straba direkt vor der Türe. Bäcker und Pizzeria sind im Nebenhaus

Pros:

Liegt sehr zentral, Bäckerei ,Pizzeria. Eisdiele und sogar Friseur direkt um die Ecke.
Wir nehmen das lime home gerne, da in direkter Nachbarschaft zu der Wohnung unseres Sohnes.

Cons:

Bei mehreren Tagen Aufenthalt vielleicht nochmal ein kostenloser Handtuchwechsel und eine Zimmerreinigung

Perfekte Wohnung für einen Städtetrip
Pros:

Die Wohnung war groß, sehr sauber und in toller Lage. Eine Bäckerei gegenüber, Tiefgarage zubuchbar, es war alles da was man braucht.
