La localisation est très bien. Le logement était propre.

Cons:

Les rideaux ne sont pas thermiques. En période de forte chaleur, la température peut vite monter dans l'appartement.

В номере всё,что нужно. Миникухня,кофеварка,тостерница,чайник,посуда для готовки. Всё очень актуально. Цена отличная. Спасибо за комфорт.

Nichts ist gut.
Pros:

Die Lage der Unterkunft ist gut.

Cons:

Es war nichts richtig sauber. Kissen roch nach Urin. Eindeutig eine Arbeiterunterkunft. Namen Pension ist übertrieben.

Potsdam gefiel mir gut.

Cons:

Diese Bewertung wird zwar Booking-Kunden nicht angezeigt werden, dennoch schreibe ich eine.
Die bezahlte Unterkunft konnte ich nicht nutzen, weil es wahrscheinlich zu einer Fehl- oder Überbuchung kam. Für mich jedenfalls lag am Anreisetag keine Buchung vor und ich musste mich selbst um Ersatz bemühen. Leider will Booking trotz umgehender Meldung des Vorfalls am Anreisetag die Angelegenheit weder prüfen noch mir das gezahlte Geld zurückbuchen. Im Grunde ist das Betrug am Kunden, weil die Leistung nicht erbracht wurde. Ich werde mich nun mit weiteren bereits reservierten Unterkünften in Verbindung setzen, um sicherzustellen, dass diese von Booking auch wirklich gebucht wurden, und in Zukunft das Unternehmen nicht mehr nutzen, weil ich nach der Vorgehensweise und Behandlung meiner Person einfach kein Vertrauen mehr in das Unternehmen Booking habe.

Top Preis-Leistungsverhältnis, völlig ausreichend für Wochenendtrip
Pros:

Die Lage ist sehr gut, man ist innerhalb von 10 Min zu Fuß im holländischen Viertel.
Die Matratzen sind sehr bequem.
Es gibt Parkplätze im Innenhof die man für 9€/Tag mieten kann.
Das Apartment war insgesamt sehr sauber, vor allem das Bad.

Apartment 2d hat Fenster zum Innenhof, da war es sehr ruhig.

Vermieter ist per SMS erreichbar.
Check-in sehr einfach.

Cons:

Andere Apartments haben Fenster zur Straße hin, das ist abends und morgens recht laut durch Verkehr (Pflastersteine) und Menschen, die sich unterhalten.
Die Trittschalldämmung im Haus könnte besser sein.
Wer extreme Ruhe oder krassen Luxus sucht, ist hier falsch. Als Übernachtung für einen Wochenendtrip aber vollkommen ausreichend, vor allem mit Blick auf den Preis.

Sauber, zentral und praktisch
Pros:

Sehr sauber und zentral gelegen. Um die Ecke ist ein Edeka, das ist sehr praktisch, wenn man sich selbst versorgen möchte. Das Bett war bequem. Wir wurden freundlich empfangen und konnten sogar ein bisschen früher einchecken.

Cons:

Die Küche war sehr spartanisch ausgestattet und auch im Bad und im
Zimmer wäre ein Regalbrett sehr hilfreich, um Sachen ablegen zu können.
