Near to National parks. Big rooms with Kitchenette very useful. Helpful staff like Daniel at the reception. Like the yoghurt at breakfast. Coffee was nice. Good that bread n coffee were available for travellers to start early. Has TV connection for Netflix login.

Het is is erg mooi hotels, mooi zwembad ruime kamers!
Wij hadden extra betaald voor kamer met uitzicht op de bergen, wij hadden uitzicht op de parkeerplaats. De volgende dag kwamen we terug want we zouden een andere kamer krijgen maar dat ging niet meer door! Ik hebben klacht via de mail ingediend ook geen reactie!
No carpets at all in room, silestone-like tabletops etc makes it feel very clean: environmental effort; nicely presented/organized breakfast on mostly real china for a Great Price

We had a really excellent stay at the Element Moab. The room was spotlessly clean, modern, comfortable, and very well equipped. The kitchenette was especially appreciated — functional, practical, and properly equipped for a stay where you may want to prepare simple meals or keep food and drinks on hand. Everything functioned exactly as intended, which sounds simple but makes such a difference when travelling. The air conditioning was especially appreciated — properly icy cold and extremely effective, which was a welcome relief after warm days exploring Moab.
A special mention to the gentleman working check-in at approximately 4:30 PM on May 29. He was courteous, welcoming, and genuinely friendly throughout our stay — including when we were bringing bags in and later trying to find ice. He gave the impression that he genuinely cared about the quality of guests’ stays and wanted people to have a good experience, which stood out.
The property felt comfortable, well run, and easy to relax in. This was our first stay at an Element property, and it made a very strong impression. In fact, after our experience here, we cancelled the hotel we had booked for our final night in Salt Lake City and changed it to the Element there instead. Based on this stay, Element will likely be our first choice for future trips.
Overall, a genuinely positive experience and somewhere we’d happily stay again in Moab.
The client service is horrible. They cancelled my reservation that I made 2 months ago the day I was suppose to arrive at noon without even call me because I was a long distance call. They gave my room to someone else. I finally find an incredible room at Voco hotel. They are less expensive and the service is a ten. I recommand to go there instead.

Booked a king room with Mountain View, but was assigned a double queen handicap room with highway view.
Just outside Moab great modern hotel with super friendly staff. Great large rooms with comfortable beds/pillows and all you need for a comfortable night. The breakfast was very good, also a welcome area with tea, nice refreshing water, and cookies. You can do your laundry as well!

Our room was on the first floor near breakfast so if you’re a late sleeper forget it. It is very noisy.
Clean, very nice room. Quite a distance from downtown. I deducted 1 star because of the breakfast buffet. The only utensils are SPOONS Huh? Are they kidding? We had loaded up plates of food but ended up tossing it in the trash because of the lack of utensils. What a waste.
