Ich denke das war unsere letzter Aufenthalt im Feierbacher Hof.
Pros:

Ich war schon mehrfach im Feuerbacher Hof, scheinbar gibt es nun aber einen neuen Besitzer.
Bisher waren die Aufenthalte geprägt von der sehr freundlichen Art des Betreibers und seinen Bemühungen. Trotz anliegender Restaurants ist so komfortabel, angenehm wie möglich für die Gäste zu gestalten.

Cons:

Mittlerweile haben sämtliche Türen in das Gebäude Gerein, die zu den anliegenden Geschäften (Asia Imbiss, Döner Imbiss) gehörten
permanenten geöffnet, sodass es im Flur und Zimmer nach Essensresten roch.
Zudem gab es kein Frühstücksangebot mehr und auch das Parken ist jetzt kostenpflichtig (und teuer).

Ich habe ein Zimmer für zwei Personen gebucht und den gesamten Betrag im Voraus bezahlt.
Wir kamen müde im Hotel an – und zwar noch vor der auf der Website angegebenen Check-in-Zeit. Und was haben wir vorgefunden?
Es war kein Hotelpersonal da!
Die Türen waren geöffnet und es waren Gäste im Hotel, aber es war kein Personal vor Ort. An der Tür befand sich ein QR-Code, aber dieser funktionierte nachts nicht.

No contact to personal and impossible check-in.

Alt foregår online og man kan slet ikke komme I kontakt med personalet. Det virker decideret som et scam, da man ikke kan komme til at tjekke ind og man kan ikke få fat på værten lige meget hvad man gør. Dette ledte også til at det var umuligt for mig at tjekke ind. 3 timer ventede jeg og det var først da jeg havde fundet noget andet og ringet til booking.com at værten række ud til mig via what app og email. Han ville dog stadig ikke snakke med mig. Dette gjorde at jeg gik derfra med en utrolig utryg følelse i maven.
