Lobby coffee qnd hot water were not being attended and staff didn’t care. It was out all day and tasted nasty not even hot it was room temperature/
Awesome location. Room was clean. Thanks to Mariza she did an awesome job. Atmosphere was good. Value is excellent. I recommend this hotel. Noise level was moderate. I loved the breakfast.

Hotel and room were very tidy and clean. The room is new and modern. The continental breakfast was ok. The hash browns were overcooked. The kitchen staff kept the areas clean and the food/coffee always replenished.
Only one elevator worked so it was inconvenient. It made the guests wait longer for 1 elevator to go up and down. $20 a day parking should be incorporated to the hotel rate. It shouldn’t be separated. It should be inclusive of the rate.

Check in too late
Rooms were clean, staff was attentive and accommodating.
There was no mention of parking fees during checkin. Also deposit was slow to release.
Great location by 5 freeway on ramp north. One block away IHop, Panera , the hat, Taco Bell, neat clean.
One elevator not working. The other elevator took 3 that were full before we could get on. One couple got tired of waiting so they walked down 3 flights of stairs. One elevator had a staff member and a huge laundry cart so we could not get on. Wait time up or done was a long time!

Location, sound proof rooms, the BEST BREAKFAST I’ve ever had at a hotel that was included when I booked my room. I stayed here one night and they were amazing. Gave me a later checkout with no charge and sooooo helpful. I cannot put into the words the value you get for what you shell out. Beds extremely comfy and staff superb
