Very friendly and helpful staff. Beautiful quirky room (we stayed in Sushi Wars) with a great shower and comfortable bed. Good breakfast and excellent coffee.
Everything was great! No issues at all.
Fantastic staff, everyone is so helpful and kind! The bar in the lobby makes yummy drinks and the bartender serving during our time was a wealth of knowledge. We had the Float Room, which was an awesome experience!
There was nothing we didnt like! We couldn't seem to find an iron in our room, though i'm sure there would be one available upon request at the front desk. Additionally, while the float room experience was awesome, we couldn't figure out a way to turn off the lightbox artwork at the entry without turning off the coloured lighting aswell. Unless we couldn't find it, an option to turn it off to allow for the whole room to be coloured would be awesome!

Niente
Piccolo ed accogliente Art hotel nel cuore di Nihonbashi, quartiere tranquillo e residenziale. A 15 minuti a piedi dalla stazione di Tokyo e con stazioni di metro e pullman nell’ arco di qualche centinaia di metri. Staff giovane molto accogliente e disponibile. Stanza grande e pulitissima. Tra i tre hotel in cui abbiamo pernottato a Tokyo sicuramente quello che ci è rimasto più nel cuore e che sarà la prima scelta per la prossima visita a Tokyo.

Sono stata in due stanze diverse durante il mio soggiorno e il concept è davvero divertente. Lo staff è super friendly e disponibile, organizzano anche serate al bar, e all’ingresso è possibile acquistare dei gadget degli artisti che hanno creato le stanze.
La pulizia è ineccepibile e anche tutti i servizi che forniscono. Lo consiglio a tutti.
La metro è a pochi minuti e nei dintorni ci sono tanti ristoranti e anche enoteche interessanti.
