Pros:

The location was amazing, the staff was very friendly and helpful.
The style is cool.

Cons:

the beds were not comfortable at all.
They were very hard, and the bedding was wrapped in a confusing way.
The pool area felt a little bit disconnected. considering how the decor and the style the hotel is very cool and particular the pool just felt abandoned stylewise.

The breakfast was absolutely excellent but, with the Basque culture in play in San Sebastián the evening meal was not competing at all,

Me encantó el Hotel. Volvería!
Pros:

Muy bien ubicado! El desayuno espectacular. Muy atentos en recepción, especialmente Nicole!

Cons:

Justo en nuestra habitación que era muy cómoda, había olor desagradable como a humo o goma quemada. Nos dijeron que podía estar relacionado con la ventilación de la cocina. Por lo demás todo excelente!
