Very comfortable accommodation spacious room …the hotel did upgrade our room which was nice.
Pros:

Location great very central. Bonus car parking available in hotel basement. (But at a cost €25 per night)

Cons:

Breakfast very expensive at €25 per person and I thought it was included in the Room price quoted by booking.com so be careful and double check.

Interessante Hotelgestaltung
Pros:

Von außen eher zurückhaltend, eben ein Convent, ist man beim Eintritt überrascht. Statt einer klassischen Rezeption und Lounge, steht man im Inneren eines Kirchenschiffs mit Buntglasfenstern, Kreuzgewölbe und bemalter Decke. Die Einrichtung eher zurückhaltenes Design, so dass der Raum richtig zum Tragen kommt. Der Empfang war sehr freundlich und trotz unseres zeitigen Erscheinens, konnten wir nach kurzer Wartezeit unser Zimmer in der 6. Etage beziehen. Designorientierte schlichte Gestaltung, genügend Platz, ein großer Balkon und ein gutes Beleuchtungskonzept erwarteten uns im Zimmer. Es gab genügend Garderobenhaken, elektrische Rollläden und eine interessante Badgestaltung - schwarz, marmorartig und Holz, doch vor allem genügend Ablagen und Platz. Zum Entspannen gab es auf dem Dach Sitz- und Liegemöglichkeiten und einen kleinen Pool. Anstelle eines Geländes war die Fläche durch Glaswände begrenzt. Duschen und WC waren ebenfalls auf dem Dach zu finden. Die Lage des Hotels ist super, da gut 10 min. Fußweg bis zur Altstadt und 250 m zum Strand.

Cons:

Es gab nichts zu bemängeln.
Nur einen Vorschlag zur Poolnutzung. Es wäre leichter beim Ein- und Ausstieg, gerade für etwas Ältere, wenn ein Handlauf angebracht oder eine Treppenstufe zusätzlich im Pool vorhanden wäre.

Cons:

Das Parken war problematisch. Vor dem Hotel ist kein Halt möglich. In der Querstasse gegenüber war dann ein Halt möglich, nach Block- Umfahrung, da Einbahnstraße.
