Piękny hotel o wyjątkowym wystroju. Klimatyczne, stylowe wnętrza bardzo starannie zaaranżowane. Bardzo profesjonalny i uprzejmy personel, wszędzie duża dbałość o ekologię. Śniadania pyszne, skomponowane z wysokiej jakości produktów. Byliśmy zachwyceni pobytem, już planujemy kolejny :)
Staff cortese e disponibile, hotel profumato e pulito, posizione strategica in pochi minuti sei sul lungomare alla Playa Concha ed alla città vecchia, colazione eccezionale. Lo consiglio a tutti.
Staff was very welcoming, friendly and efficient. We loved the beautiful hotel and very much appreciated the room upgrade. The breakfast was great and we enjoyed the bike rental.
The gym was a bit small, but modern.

The hotel is in a very central location and the lobby is great. Breakfast is very good.
The room is big but not very nicely fitted and with no view. The pool is disappointing.

Rispetto alla lobby che è una ex chiesa (convento), le camere sono impersonali e standard, un po’ troppo business hotel.
Das Restaurant war eine Überraschung. Ausgezeichnet! Auch das Frühstück übrigens.

The hotel is in a great location, very close to the beach. The restaurant has a Michelin star. Breakfast is very tasty. The room is a good size, the bathroom is spacious, and the beds are very comfortable. I love the hotel interior design despite its a bit controversial.
The staff and concierge are extremely helpful. We had an issue with parking, and the team genuinely cared, went out of their way to help, and resolved the problem for us.
