Nice but Painful
Pros:

I thought it was a reasonable price for the room and amenities offered. A little off the beaten path in regards to location and, signage could have been much better (as is the adjacent hotel).

Cons:

My problem was the 'cleanliness' and maint. of the room. It 'looked' very nice when I entered. However, I was unlucky enough to be given a room following a 'pet' owner. The bed evidently was filled with 'fleas' as I found myself itching and scratching getting little sleep on first night. 2nd night so bad I checked out at 4am. My legs were actually bleeding and, I took pictures. The staff were very apologetic and admitted to the 'dog' being previously in that room. I attempted to make the ownership aware but it seems their apologies they felt were enough of a compensation. No, I won't take the chance again at this location in the future. Nice staff - just not worth the pain and suffering. (In case you have never been bitten by fleas, it is really quite painful when you don't immediately have a no-itch cream).
