Pros:

Great location in Tokyo very close to multiple lines on the metro station, and very close to Ameyoko Market and other great restaurants. The area looks great with all the neons at night .
Room was great and comfortable. A bit small but that's expected in Tokyo.

Cons:

You have to wait forever for the lift, there is maybe something to do there, plus it doesn't display what floor it's at so you have no idea if it's actually calling him.
Breakfast was good but basic and westernised.

Les pongo un 200 de calificación, nos toco presenciar un temblor de escala 5.8 por la amdrugrada y el edificio en pie como si nada, sobrevivimos. Me encantó el trato del personal, si no te entienden, hace lo posible por entender, la habitación es pequeña pero obviamente al igual que el pago :), el desayuno inlcuído esta bueno, sencillo pero saca del apuro, me ayudaron a enviar mis maletas al otro hotel, el barrio muy tranquilo y comidas cerca y todo perfecto.

Cons:

habia solo dos lavadoras, pero todo ok, usables con fila, y habia solo dos elevadores que siempre llevaban gente, por decir algo, pero muy llevadero la verdad, buen servicio.

Useful but expensive, but it’s tokyo.
Pros:

The location is great: close to the station where all the important metro and JR lines are available.
It’s clean and they do the room service everyday

Cons:

They only have 2 laundry machines for THE WHOLE HOTEL, and if the machine stays stuck, they do nothing. i had to wake up at 6am to be able to launch the washing machine.
The girl on the reception doesn’t speak English, and is not willing to help.
The room is small.

The Stay was good, we did not stay long, The Hotel is in a great Location, close to the subway

Great stay, would definitely stay again!
Pros:

Amazing location, close to all sorts of public transportation (Metro, Keisei Skyliner, JR lines, buses) and commerce. Staff were great and the check in and out process ran smooth. Rooms are small, but cozy and clean, and the beds comfortable. The water bottles provided in the room were life savers.

Cons:

Tiny bathroom, and slow elevator.

Good enough. Location was incredible; if it wasn’t for the discovery of the duvet on the last day I would have given 5&#

Great location.

Cons:

The duvet cover was so thin, when the light from above shone through it, you could see all the yellow stains it was covering. Whilst I appreciate things in hotels are used - I don’t necessarily need or want to see the extent of it. Staff came to clean every day which was nice.
