The bedroom suite was great! Spacious great view to the pool on the 1st floor!

Cons:

The bed was NOT comfortable for a king! Mattress has seen better days! Needed to be replace, dated and worn!

Did not disappoint and will definitely return.
Pros:

The location was perfect. It was somewhat secluded from the busyness. The size of our 2 room suite was perfect for our family. We appreciated the made to order breakfast and social hour in the evening.

Cons:

The only thing that could have been better was a covered loading area. While there is a garage there is no covered walkway when it’s raining.

A great stay with just one issue.
Pros:

The room was clean staff were very helpful especially at the restaurant.

Cons:

After spending a day out of the room they did not clean the room we had to request new towels and clean the room ourselves for the second night.

Appreciated the hotel, done well, but food and cleaning was inconsistent

Food first 3 days were great... cleaning staff in dining room was fantastic.

Cons:

... then the food went downhill, very disappointing. Eggs consistently burned, coffee was so good and then was inconsistent. Room felt clean, but for a week no one vacuumed, fresh glassware was not provided.

Pros:

New facility, happy hours (especially when it's not crowded), location, and good breakfast.

Cons:

Early check-in wasn't met as we requested. I understand they can't guarantee it, but they were very good about letting us know about early check-in fees. It took them more than two hours to get the room ready for us, and some items were still missing from the room. It took them too long to refill the happy hour snacks when they ran out.
