Pros:

It was clean

Cons:

Pool was closed. Could not get anyone to answer the phone. Went to the front desk and asked where the exercise room was located. The young kid's answer was "on the first floor" and couldn't even bother to point in any direction. (It's a big first floor). My phone would not read the QR code and was not able to even access room service menu. Front desk could not even supply me with a paper menu. Paid for balcony room on Cooper River. Could only view River by standing in a corner of the balcony.
Sorry, but the cost of room did NOT equal the service.

Good location, clean place, and friendly staff.
Pros:

Great location next to water. Very quiet and peaceful. Nice bar/restaurant and free cocktails/tapas from 5-7

Cons:

GPS will take you to correct location but you will not realize it is the hotel. Look for the big E for embassy at the top of the building.

The room size is perfect, location is also good 10 mins away from the center with car. Breakfast is really good.

Parking fee of $32/day is too much and you do not have any other alternative

Very nice property well located
Pros:

It was well staffed, and very clean.

Cons:

Charging a nightly rate and then an additional $30 a night to park is insane. The property sits amongst numerous gigantic grassy areas to force you to park and then to pay an additional $30 is an up charge.

It was the perfect hotel.
Pros:

It was just super cozy. The room was perfectly size for my family and kids. The pool was perfect. The atmosphere was perfect and for a good price. It was really clean and didn’t smell terrible.

Cons:

I can’t say I disliked anything.
