Great hotel, clean & very friendly stuff..
It was close to the airport (1.7km) but very expensive to transfer from the airport to the hotel.
It was neat
The hot water did not work, waited until after 2am, when we got to the hotel just after 1am, for engineering to sort it out but it didn't work.
The hotel also advertised that there was free transport services to the dubai mall, the airport, la mer beach but when we requested the service, we were told it was suspended.
We look at these things when we make bookings, for convenience and to be let down when requesting a service is that was advertised, is not on.
Service given was great, especially by Rachel, she made me feel welcomed and taken care of.
Very Comfortable stay close to the airport. Spacious and clean room. Met my expectations.
Would be nice to have morning coffee available from the bar before 8am.
Always fully book and always even if i check in online its useless i reached hotel 7-8 pm they dont have rooms for me they always ask to wait for 30 mins to one hr other guests too!!!
No door at the bathroom
although i only stayed there 1 night , the place is clean , rooms are well modern designed and quiet , staff was professional and swimming pool and gym are nice
