This was my second stay at Ibis Styles Dubai, and once again it was excellent. Great value for money with clean and spacious rooms. Special thanks to Haris, Hisham, and Sriju at reception for their outstanding service and warm hospitality. They made my stay even more enjoyable. I'll definitely be back!
The staff called to check if I needed anything. I mentioned that there were no hangers in the room, and they sent some right away. I really appreciated how quickly they responded.
I have a cockroach phobia. We saw one very large cockroach in the room and dealt with it. About 10 minutes later, another large one appeared on the curtains in the same area. At that point, we left the hotel and booked another one because I couldn’t stay there. It also gave me the impression that the room wasn’t clean. Considering we were on the fifth floor, it was surprising to see such large cockroaches there. I think the property would benefit from proper pest control.

The washroom door arrangement
In a good location close to the airport.
The room smelt quite damp and had mould growing in the shower on the floor and walls. The shower leaked every time into the whole bathroom and toilet area. The reception staff weren’t very friendly.
