Great Location, Needs Major Maintenance Updates!
Pros:

The location next to Las Posas was excellent. The concept was a good one. Beautiful views overlooking the stunning valley. Plenty of hot water and good pressure. Beds were comfortable. Staff were friendly and helpful.

Cons:

There is a lot of deferred maintenance on this property that needs to be addressed. The air conditioner dripped on our heads all night long. My husband happens to be an HVAC service tech and try to fix it, but eventually we just ended up putting towels on the headboard. We would have moved the bed entirely but it is attached to the wall. We purchased our room because it had an outdoor private plunge pool. After arriving we noticed that it had no way of holding water and several of the tiles were broken. We didn't feel like there was a way for us to use it. Gaps between the outside in the doors and windows were a concern, but I did not see any evidence of pests. Those who have knee issues as I do perhaps stay away from the rooms that are at the tippy top. I made the climb everyday but it wasn't quite worth it.

Bueno para los no exigentes
Pros:

Que el hotel está muy cerca del jardín escultórico, se puede llegar caminando. El espacio de estacionamiento es amplio. La habitación muy limpia.

Cons:

El hotel es grande, y ya tiene sus años. En general bien pero tiene algunos detalles como en mi caso nos tocó un colchón ya vencido y la habitación con olor a humedad. El restaurante estuvo abierto solo a la hora de la comida el día que llegamos y nos avisaron que al día siguiente estaría cerrado, por lo que tuvimos que salir a buscar dónde desayunar.

Perfect spot for Edward James Las Pozas
Pros:

A really magical place next to surrealist garden, just a small walk away.
The restaurant of the hotel is really amazing, the staff so friendly and helpful and the place calms you down.
The room was big and had everything you need.

Umständliche Kommunikation über mehrere Ecken, niemand ist verantwortlich. Die Rezeption ist fast nie besetzt. Den Versuch, einen Kaffee zum Pool zu bestellen, habe ich nach dem dritten Scheitern abgebrochen. Durchgelegene Betten, kein Föhn, nur kaltes Wasser. In der zweiten Nacht waren bis in die Morgenstunden von draußen laute Geräusche von betrunkenen Feiernden zu hören.

Pros:

La ubicación es muy cerca del Jardín Surrealista, se puede ir caminando, la vista de la habitación qué nos tocó era bonita

Cons:

Había falta de comunicación en relación al desayuno, tuve que mostrar mi reserva más de 3 veces para que vieran qué tenía el desayuno incluido. Pregunté a mi llegada el horario y nos dijeron que era de 8am a 10am, llegamos al otro día a las 9am al restaurante, y nos corrieron a unas mesas abajo bajo el sol a lado de la alberca qué porque llegaba un grupo y eran prioridad. Eso es discriminación a los huéspedes del hotel, si nos hubieran dicho un día antes que era antes de las 9am se hubiera entendido, pero no fue la manera y una vez más la mesera no sabía que implicaba el desayuno incluido. Por situaciones como esta no regresaría a este lugar. Y la alberca se encontraba algo sucia como para poder meterse.

La ubicación está excelente, se puede llegar al Jardín de Edward James caminando. El lugar limpio y muy bonito. El restaurante sirve buena comida para desayuno, comida o cena. En general, nos gustó mucho.
