Pros:

From the moment we checked in, late on a Saturday evening, the staff were incredibly, we have not experienced such hospitality anywhere around the world in recent years! Lovely hotel close to everything with a fantastic outside space by the pool. A special thanks to Ricardo the Bar Manager for his professional & friendly service. We will be back.

Great stay in a very pretty city.
Pros:

Very clean , friendly staff. It’s a little oasis in the middle of the city.

Cons:

Unfortunately we sometimes got a bad smell from the toilet. It stopped flushing at one point but they did sort it out quite quickly.

Our first ever visit to Portugal and it was an amazing experience. We will definitely return we hope maybe not next year
Pros:

Very central very friendly and helpful staff from reception to bar to breakfast could not fault it

The was ideal with balcony exceptionally clean staff changed towels as and when required

Had issues with air con but was my own fault hadn’t the balcony door closed properly

Great there is a pool, but there are insufficient sun beds. They may want to consider more patio space to accommodate more

Excellent hotel, will be back to stay if visiting Porto.
Pros:

The location is excellent, 6-7 mins walk to main shopping street, Catalina mall. Breakfast was good, decent spread of cold cuts, bread, mini pastries and fruits. The staff were very helpful and friendly. Bedroom slippers are provided at the reception upon request. There is a small gym, with 1 treadmill, 1 stepper machine & some weights. There’s also an outdoor pool right next to the breakfast area.

Cons:

It’s in the middle of a cobbled street, if you are driving, need to park along the street and lug the luggages to the hotel. A bit inconvenient if you have many luggages.

Relaxing and would really recommend.
Pros:

The location was perfect- close to everything we wanted to do. The staff were lovely and could not have been more helpful. The rooms were spacious and clean and it was fantastic to have a pool to sit round and have a swim after seeing the sites.

Absolute Empfehlung!
Pros:

Sehr nah an den wichtigsten Sehenswürdigkeiten. Trotz Citylage sehr ruhig. Sehr sauberes Hotel. Sehr freundliches und zuvorkommendes Personal. Tolles Frühstück. Sehr gute und dennoch preiswerte Küche.
