Our stay at Aces Hotel
Pros:

It was close by to where we wanted to visit and in walking distance

Cons:

The parking was not included in the hotel stay.
The toilet, windows and mirrors were not clean.
Towels were frayed and old.
Bedding and mugs had stains on them.
TV was not plugged in ans had no adapter to fit the plug in. No hairdryer.

Pros:

Aufgrund des sehr günstigen Zimmerpreises war ich mit den Einschränkungen im Bereich Sauberkeit und Funktionalität der Zimmereinrichtung einverstanden.

Cons:

Rezeption beharrt auf feste Check-In-Zeit, obwohl ich sehr weit gereist bin und dringend Schlaf benötigt hätte. Schade.

Pros:

Overbooked our room. Sent us to 2 different rooms and the first one had luggage from other guests and the second one was not clean. Also took forever to check us in as only had one member of staff working the entire hotel. Not to her fault.

Please maintain your hygiene especially bathroom. And, make sure the sheets are replaced.

Good liocation.for short stay
Pros:

Location walking distance to Petaling St, Central Market , Pasar Seni MRT station and various eating place.

Helpful staff. I booked this hotel at1pm coz my booking got cancelled from previous apartment due to leakage. When I arrived (3pm) the booking confirmation not yet sent to hotel. The staff helped me with manual check in after I showed booking cobfirmation in application.

They also provide water dispenser in public area.

Bed qas comfy with extra pillow.

Cons:

There's lots of homeless and drunk ppl after 10pm. But there's security on the side door.

Room got no window and bare minimum furniture. Only suitable for 1-2 days stay. Breakfast was packed food (better take non-BF package coz plenty resto around hotel).

Pros:

This Stay in the hotel was not as good compared to my previous stays. Nothing great this time.

Cons:

The rooms were not clean enough, towels were torn, even one staff at the reception quiet rude.

The location and the reception staff were good and helpful

Cons:

There was no cleanliness in the room, broken shower not repaired for 3 days during our Stay inspite to reporting daily for repairs. Shampoo & shower gel not replaced even after it was over. Room & bathroom not cleant properly. I think this was my 15th visit to the hotel but very disappointed during this visit
