Hotel in centro comodo
Pros:

L’hotel è in una posizione centrale, le stanze sono ampie e anche gli spazi comuni sono ampi e accoglienti.
La reception è aperta 24h e lo staff è stato sempre disponibile ad accogliere le nostre richieste.

Cons:

Maggiore attenzione ai dettagli: non abbiamo trovato in stanza gli asciugamani nonostante fossero inclusi nel prezzo e abbiamo dovuto richiederli e la caldaia della doccia non funzionava perfettamente.

Standard fell far short..
Pros:

Good location near the city centre. Useful garage. Nice large room with dual aspect. Quiet.

Cons:

Phone did not work. This was reported but nothing was done to put it right. So we had to go down 4 flights to contact the front desk. Comment from receptionist was “good exercise”.
Safe did not work, but this was replaced.
Plug in basin let out water so had to keep the tap running.
Only 2 pillows I.e. one each. I would have liked a second pillow.
Only one chair between us.
No drawers in the room for clothes or at bedside table.
I appreciate the “Green” aspect, but would have liked the bin emptied once during our stay.
Air conditioning not adequate in hot weather.
Did not like paper cups in the bathroom.
Garage door not working so garage was insecure, so disability scooter had to be locked in the car each night.
Television control not working but this was put right by inserting new batteries.

I think this hotel is ok for a short stay but wouldn't stay longer
Pros:

Friendly and helpful staff

Cons:

Could have been cleaner, there was an odd smell in our bathroom.
There was lots of single use items in the hotel e.g. disposable cups which is not good for sustainability

Pros:

Over all a good Hotel. Reception/ bar area is nice and staff were nice to deal with

Cons:

Bedroom are starting to age with general wear, the security lock on the inside of the door did not work

It's ok, could be improved
Pros:

The staff was nice, always helped us when we asked for something, the beer from the bar good and the access to a billiard table was fun. Plus the air-conditioning felt subtle and comfortable.

Cons:

Would've liked a microwave in the room, plus some glasses, plates, cutlery and towels - there was little to none. In addition the coffee machine did not make coffee that is to our taste, luckily we brought some of our coffee with us. Maybe the breakfast or bar had better ones but we did not try that one.

It was fine.
Pros:

I enjoyed my stay and I think the hotel is nice. The restaurant area is really nice and the bar area. The staff were great also.

Cons:

The room decor is a bit dated but the space is the rooms is great. The fridge in my room was broken and the phone in my room was broken. Also the gym is limited and small.

Goed en heerlijk om te verblijven !

Rustig ,netjes en vriendelijk personeel

Cons:

Wel begrijpelijk dat er tijden zijn maar jammer dat we niet nog even wat konden drinken bij de bar . Kwamen tegen 23:30 terug van concert .
