Tuve una suite espaciosa con sala y cocina

Cons:

El desayuno fue bastante mediocre, solo huevos al gusto y unas opciones basicas para complementar. A pesar de que el hotel estaba casi vacio no aceptaron acomodarme en un piso mas alto, aduciendo que “estaba lleno”. La habitacion era oscura. El agua de la recepción tenia muy mal sabor. Tampoco obtuve ayuda del botones con el equipaje.

la pieza muy muy grande, con dos baños, fue excellente

Cons:

la ubicacion del desayuno muy lindo y la apresentacion del buffet tambien pero la verdad es que el desayuno en si era muy pobre. las cosas secas y no muy ricos. ni habia mermelada, el queso y pan parecio viejo. no nos gusto para nada. salimos del desayuno con hambre y deberian ofrecer un cafe de la maquina ( expresso )

Good location.
The hotel it’s very clean.

Cons:

Although the room it’s spacious, there is no room to comfortably open your bag.
The space it’s better suited to someone who would stay a few nights and can unpack and make use of the wardrobe.

Pros:

The TRYP hotel was good. Our room had a kitchen and a small seating area. It was clean and located in an excellent area of Santa Cruz. The price was reasonable and included breakfast. The hotel advertised a bar/restaurant, but it was only available at breakfast from what we could see. However, there are many restaurants within easy walking distance. Viru Viru airport is about 15-20 minutes away.

El personal de recepción no es empático. Te tratan como si no estuvieras pagando. Específicamente los que están en la madrugada y en el primer turno. Se siente como si no quisieran atenderte.
