Pros:

First impressions were positive thanks to a very polite and helpful attendant at check-in.

Cons:

We walked into a bed with visible stains and hair on the sheets, duvet, and pillows (clearly shown in the photos we took. The attendant did change the sheets when we pointed this out, which was appreciated, but it shouldn’t have been necessary in the first place.
The rest of the room was in poor condition too. There is noticeable discoloration and staining on the lower wall near the baseboard. During the night the experience got even worse when a strong sewage smell filled the room. It seemed to be coming from above or from the bathroom area and made it difficult to sleep. On top of the cleanliness issues, the air conditioning was inadequate and the room stayed uncomfortably warm. Being on the basement level, the window had no screen, so we couldn’t open it without letting insects in. WiFi was also unreliable, with a very weak signal that made it hard to stay connected. Basic amenities were incomplete as well — we only received a shower towel and were not provided with any hand or face towels.

Pros:

Nothing

Cons:

The room was extremely hot, there were no windows and no Air-conditioner. It was also very noisy, you can hear the people in the other rooms talking and making a noise late at night and early in the morning. We had to move to other accommodation for the last night of our stay because the room was so hot.

Pros:

La situation géographique, centre de Londres.

Cons:

Il faisait très très chaud au dernier étage, sous le toit et malheureusement pas de ventilateur. Il nous a été très difficile de nous endormir.

Not worth the relatively high price I paid for it.
Pros:

The hotel is in a small side street, just a few steps away from the underground station. The staff was exceptionally friendly and welcoming. There was a fridge, a microwave, a kettle, and a Nespresso coffee machine in the room. There were coffee pods and teabags, plus sugar provided. The room was cleaned every day; we got clean towels on a daily basis.

Cons:

We got a room in the basement. The window overlooked a messy storage area and a boiler. We didn't risk leaving the windows open at night, lest an animal come in. People came to fetch things from this storage early in the morning. It was as if they were right beside our bed. It was scary. Although there was a wall panel for the AC, it didn't work, due to some regulations by the council, we were told. I got a room update from BOOKING.COM because of my Genius Level reward. If this was the upgraded room, I wonder what a room without the upgrade would look like....

Doesn’t worth!
Pros:

The location

Cons:

The aircon didn’t worked and we was at the top floor. It was terible. The gave us only 4 small bags of 10 ml of shampoo and shower gel. We was 2 adults. Is not ok. Also there was so much noise from others rooms. We barely sleeping om that night.

Pros:

The location only. It is in the heart of kensington and a 1 minute walk away from High Street kensington station

Cons:

They don’t have an AC. Definitely don’t come during the summer season. The room was not clean, i tried putting my clothes in the closet and found the shelves covered in dust which got my clothes dirty. The shelves looked like they hadn’t been wiped in ages. The floor was dirty, and the for two days my room was not cleaned, the water pressure in the shower was not good enough, and toilet flush was not working well.

Overall, this is not a place I would stay at again
Pros:

The location was great. It was very close to High Street Kensington station and not too far from the main tourist attractions. There were also nearby parks, such as Holland Park, as well as shops and supermarkets just a few minutes' walk away.

Cons:

The room had air conditioning, but it was broken. We were not offered any solution; instead, the staff only made excuses and kept putting us off. It was impossible to stay in the room during the day because of the heat, and the nights were just as bad. Even with the window open, there was no airflow, making it very difficult to sleep.
The room was extremely small, there was barely enough space for two people, and it was impossible to move around comfortably. On top of that, it was on the third floor with no elevator, so we had to climb several flights of stairs. If you're planning to bring large suitcases, forget it, there isn't enough space in the room to store them. And if you're unlucky enough to be assigned a room on the top floor, you'll be exhausted from climbing all those stairs.
There were coffee stains on the wall, and the room was not particularly clean.
