Nice location and staff but do not stay here during summer months.
Pros:

Staff were friendly and the room was clean. Would have stayed during winter but totally unsuitable for summer months.

Cons:

There was no a/c in the hotel. While this was stated in the facilities, the room had no ventilation or air flow whatsoever. Our stay was in the week following the heatwave so temperatures were not too high (around mid 20s) but the room was so uncomfortable that we left after one night despite paying for four nights. You could not sleep in the room. We asked about a fan and were told that none were available. This would be the least we would expect in these circumstances.

Dissapointing that the air con isn't turned on in a heat wave!
Pros:

good location for going to the Albert Hall

Cons:

No air conditioning, although there was an air conditioning unit in the room, we were told when we said it didn't work that they "don't provide it now" and it is June/July, and HOT in London. We opened the window but had no relief from the heat. It was a difficult night with it so hot to try and sleep.

Good location but room too hot.
Pros:

The property is in a great location. It is clean with modern bathroom and we had limited kitchen facilities. Hairdryer and iron available.

Cons:

Be warned in hot weather the room can get really hot. There is no A/C and they do not provide fans. Also you cannot open the windows enough. It is really hard to sleep without any cooling.

Pros:

A localização.

Cons:

Not 4 Star… Poor… give it a miss
Pros:

The location was good for access to Hyde Park where we were going to a concert… close to tube station and good cafes bars etc nearby.

Cons:

There was no aircon, no fans, general wear and tear was poor, showers on one morning ran out of warm water. Overall definitely not 4 star and I’m not too fussy… not be staying again I’m afraid. Don’t wish to cause offense but it’s more like a bedsit.

Dreadful
Pros:

The location suited us and was easy to find/get to.

Cons:

The rooms were awful, no air conditioning, no fans, very uncomfortable bed, very small bathroom area. Despite the very hot weather at no point did the hotel think to contact us to let us know that they have no cooling facilities and there rooms were stifling. If we could’ve got the train home we would’ve left it was that bad.

Not returning, great location but the rooms were a sauna.
Pros:

Great location, nice neigbourhood. Close to metro and a walkable distance to the natural history museum.

Cons:

Extremely hot inside the rooms, no airconditioning. We got very little sleep.. It was not even hot outside during our visit (max. 17 degrees). At first we were located downstairs next to a break room which also brought a lot of noice early in the morning. We changed rooms but the second room was even hotter. Windows were made to open only a few centimeters which did not let a breeze in or do anything about the warmth
