Bargain price and great location, not so great for a good nights sleep!
Pros:

Nice area, very close to tube station, tea and coffee making facilities, clean bathroom with good shower

Cons:

Bed was uncomfortable as it sloped to one side, room very hot, no aircon and window only opened a few inches. Bathroom clean but other areas (floor and shelving dusty)

So tiny room and wasn’t clean, also to hot… i bought a fan and a screwdriver for open the window.
Also my £1 deposit was not refunded. It’s not about money it’s about treatment… bad service

Great location and excellent value for money in the area . Good to have fridge and microwave in some of the rooms
Pros:

Very conveniently located for Kensington High St and about half the price of a hotel room nearby ,
Great to have a fridge and Microwave in Double room so could get some food from nearby Marks and Spencer .
Staff very helpful, was able to leave bags prior to check in.

Cons:

No elevator , which could be a problem if you had a heavy bag and your room was upstairs

I appreciate you don't have a/c but you should provide a fan in the rooms during a heat wave, especially as the window only opens a crack. Incredibly hot in the room for sleeping

Pros:

Comfy bed, location was great for our requirements.

Cons:

No complimentary tea/coffee in room.and no teaspoons. It was a very hot day so working Aircon would have been great.
