Excelente
Pros:

El segundo hotel de Japón que más me ha gustado.

La camada era cómoda, resguardaron 1 de mis maletas 2 días antes y llegue temprano y también la otra.

Cuando hice el check in, ya estaban en la habitación, excelente servicio.

El personal es muy amable.

Tiene baño termal, no pude usarlo pero creo que por el precio, es una verdadera ganga.

La vista a la bahía es muy bonita.

Sin duda para relajarse es una excelente opción.

Cons:

Que no hay restaurantes cerca, solo la tienda de 24h junto al hotel. Pero no planeaba comer fuera así que no represento un problema.

No sé qué era, pero entraba una corriente de aire directo a la cama, pero bueno, igual dormí bien.

Good but not great
Pros:

The onsen was great! Sauna was 100 degrees and the cold plunge was around 9 degrees Celsius!

Cons:

The hotel looked good! The gym was an extra ¥1000 per day which is kind of a joke but understandable!

The restaurant was not great! We had a pizza 4 cheeses and a burger the first night and it was a big NO NO for me!

Pizza was tiny and the base seemed like a premade flat, round, cruchy grissini like pizza! That was not pizza. The burger was decent but the pattie was very small!

The breakfast was good but not great! The buffet is always the same and there are no specials. Not many Gluten free options available and not many vegan options!

I wouldn't recommend eating there

Looks like a luxury property but operates like a low budget hotel.
Pros:

Clean and spacious

Cons:

We booked out our stay through Booking.com with 2 adults and 3 kids ages 7,4,2. Since the younger 2 weren’t charged through the third party. They didn’t provide pillows for them and refused to offer bedding for them to use on the sleeper sofa.

Wir waren sehr zufrieden
Pros:

Das Hotel ist sehr schön, ruhig gelegen und sehr sauber. Das Bett war sehr bequem, super Service und das Restaurant ist auch sehr zum empfehlen.

Приезжал по работе, номер небольшой, но комфортный, в отеле есть тренажерный зал (с минимумом оборудования) и онсен, но с тату туда нельзя. Отличный вид, минимальную уборку проводили, даже когда я не вешал ничего на дверь.

Cons:

Онсен не тату френдли.

Pros:

スタッフは大変親切。スパもあり十分満足。立地もポートライナーの利用を考えると、神戸空港・市民広場・三宮へのアクセスにはとても優位な位置にあり、便利。

ポートライナー中公園駅から陸橋を渡り往復するので、重い荷物のある人は大変と想像した。
