Elevator was out of order, and we couldn't do steps, so they changed our room to first floor. The bathroom shower had a crack about 5" long next to the drain and therefore was very difficult to take shower and not step on crack also the handicapped chair in shower was pulled away from wall. My husband walked to front desk and had manager come back to see the bathroom. He told us he would make a note and let day shift know in the morning. When we used the toilet in the morning it would no longer flush and we reported it. We let during the day and returned several hours later and toilet was still not fixed. Two hours later they moved us to another room across the hall and the room was fine except the air conditioner was so loud it was difficult to sleep. We were supposed to check out two days later but we had had enough and checked out. This was the most miserable stay we have ever encountered anywhere. we will never use extended stay again.
Clean, comfortable, spacious room. Brandon very friendly when checking us in.
Was not pleased that elevator was out of service and had to walk up 3 flights of stairs as we were exhausted. Very disappointed in offerings for breakfast, limited and totally carbs. Oatmeal packets but no hot water to make. No fresh fruit. Otherwise good.
It’s clean and safe
No pool
Customer Service was very nice.
The elevator wasn't working. Had to walk up 4 flight of stairs. I am 53 years old so when I made it upstairs I couldn't go back down.
I've stayed here three times but this time the first night the noise was terrible
I ended up getting a room on the top floor my second night because the noise was keeping me up ..the elevator has been out since the last time I came which was back in may
Unhelpful staff! Poorly maintained place.
We booked last minute to stay here in a road trip.
Booked partly for the sizes of the rooms allowing us space to lay out 3 large suitcases to rearrange them, and the breakfast.
We arrived and were greeted by smiling staff. Who were very keen to check us in, I thought it was just then being helpful.
It wasn't until after we checked in that they then informed us the only lift was broken, and the only available rooms were on the 3rd or 4th floor. No service elevator. I asked to cancel the booking but told no as we had checked in - hence why they were keen to check us in.
Contacted my booking agent and they stated the hotel refused to help in any way or cancel the booking!
So had to carry 3 heavy cases and a few other bits up 3 flights of stairs with no Aircon and a humidity and temperature in the mid 90s!
Started they had a gym - 1 bike, 1 treadmill, 1 elliptical runner - not really a gym.
Breakfast was a processed, single bite muffin from a multipack, a granola bar and some weak coffee. No juice, no water, nothing.
Not a great place - was clean in the rooms, but feel I was duped by the staff
I liked the beds, they were comfortable. The kitchenette area was nice but the backsplash was coming off and below the bottom cabinets were kind of gross. The room was decent and I liked the space in the room.
The cleaning lady that was there was so rude and that was really disappointing. She was just unnecessarily rude. There was a few random people around the hotel. I didn’t feel the most safe either. The “breakfast” was just bad. I get a grab and go breakfast however there was no cereal and there was very few options of everything. The bathroom was clean however it just needed some touchups, but I’m not gonna complain about that. The towels had stains on them and the floor needed a good sweep before we came, but it’s whatever. I also didn’t like how I paid a pretty good amount for two nights and I felt like the price should’ve been half of what it was for what we received while staying. Also, the area is not the best. It’s definitely not terrible but not the best.
location
The elevator was out of service. According to someone on the housekeeping staff, it has been out for a month.
Good location
The tub had hair. The elevators were broke so we had to walk up 4 flights of stairs with 2 children. The storm knocked the power out so it was super hot over night and to top it off the bathroom had roaches coming out of nowhere and we don’t have bugs so my 3 YO was terrified! The grab and go breakfast could’ve been better
