Minden nagyon jó volt! Kedvesek voltak kivéve egy személyt, de azon kívűl minden nagyszerű volt!

Koszos volt a fürdőnk hajszálas volt, a wc sz@ros volt a takarítónő egy bunkó!

Für ein 4-Sterne-Hotel entsprach unser Aufenthalt leider nicht den Erwartungen.

Das Zimmer lag zur Straße, wodurch die Lärmbelastung durch Verkehr, nächtliches Geschrei auf der Straße sowie die Müllentsorgung sehr hoch war. Schlafen bei geöffnetem Fenster war daher kaum möglich.

Auch bei der Sauberkeit und beim Zimmerservice gab es deutliche Mängel. Während unseres Aufenthalts wurde das Zimmer nicht gereinigt, es wurde weder gesaugt noch wurden die Handtücher gewechselt. Zudem funktionierten die Jalousien nicht. Im Badezimmer roch die Dusche unangenehm nach Kanal, an den Silikonfugen war Schimmel sichtbar und der Waschbeckenrand war nicht ausreichend sauber. Auch die Kosmetiktücher wurden nicht nachgefüllt.

Insgesamt entspricht dies aus unserer Sicht nicht dem Standard, den man von einem 4-Sterne-Hotel erwarten darf.

Excellent hôtel 4*, moderne, bien situé, connecté au Parkhotel Schönbrunn avec son buffet exceptionnel le matin et son restaurant. Très bon rapport qualité prix.

Riposo, tranquillita' e ottimo servizio.
Pros:

Pur essendo un po' distante dal centro storico di Vienna, questo era facilmente raggiungibile in pochi minuti con la metro. Il quartiere di Hietzing e' bello e molto ben servito dai trasporti, negozi, caffetterie, ristoranti, attaccato al grande polmone verde del parco di Shonbrunn ottimo per passeggiate e jogging.
