I always enjoy staying, but the fact that no one could fix the issue until 8am was sad.

Pros:

The room was clean, they were extremely dog friendly and accommodated putting us on the first floor so it was easier to take the dog out. The breakfast was the best I’ve had at a hotel and the location was comfortable and quiet, and great parking!

Cons:

We loved everything, can’t think of 1 think we disliked.

Cons:

The rooms could use thorough cleaning. As in when we checked into my room, room 324 didn't have any shower gel to use and the hand soap had 2 pieces of hair all on it, that wasn't me or my family. Other than that, everything else was clean and tidy. The next day it looks like housekeeping was able to clean and refill things that needed to be. Lastly, if the rooms could have microwaves, that would be helpful as walking down the hall or going to the lobby to heat up food can be stressful, etc.
