Plus bel hôtel de Manaus mais est-ce le meilleur?
Pros:

l'emplacement hyper central face au sublissime théatre, beau bâtiment, décoration soignée, petit déjeuner exceptionnel, staff aimable

Cons:

parasols à ajouter sur le rooftop car même si piscine - personne ne reste sans ombre sous 38 degres

agencement de la chambre et standing; surtout au vu du prix payé

Pros:

Tudo foi encantador. Eu e minha noiva tivemos nossa Lua de Mel na suíte 201, a melhor de todas e DO MUNDO.

O Juma Opera é um hotel boutique superlativo, com destaque para a equipe, que é a mais atenciosa e capacitada que conheci na vida. Os colaboradores Eliete, Glenda, Mateus, José (recepção) e José (bar) nos trataram como se fossemos velhos amigos. Em especial, a Eliete moveu montanhas para nos tratar com todo o carinho e atenção, nos proporcionando uma estadia como nunca tivemos antes.

Ótima estadia.
Pros:

Experiência ótima no Hotel Juma Opera de Manaus. Atendimento impecável dos funcionários José, Braga, Eliete, Charles e Jéssica, ao conceder um apartamento para um late check out em um dia no qual o hotel estava Lotado. Foram muito atenciosos e resolutivos.

A princípio o meu quarto era ao lado de um elevador, o que ocasionou muito barulho durante a primeira noite, o elevador tinha algum problema que fazia um barulho excessivo a todo tempo que funcionava. Estava hospedado na cidade a trabalho e isso realmente prejudicou a primeira noite de sono. Após relatar o problema, os funcionários me mudaram de quarto, gentilmente, e a experiência da estadia melhorou significativamente.

Vale muito ficar neste hotel.
Pros:

A localização é muito bonita. E a montagem do restaurante como um gazebo mantendo a vista do teatro e dos palacetes é muito bonita.
As varias frutas locais e sucos oferecidos no restaurante sempre saborosas e interessantes.

Cons:

O acesso ao elevador é um pouco estranho. E faltou luz, ficamos uma noite toda sem ar condicionado. O hotel se desculpou e ofereceu um jantar em cortesia.
A comida do restaurante do hotel não é muito saborosa, mas próximo tem excelentes restaurantes em especial Caxiri e também o Tambaqui de banda.

Fabulous hotel. Amazing staff. Perfect location. Excellent restaurant with both Amazonian and International cuisine. The best coffee at the splendid breakfast. Definitely the best place to stay in Manaus.

Great helpful staff. Fantastic location. Nice restaurant. Clean and comfortable rooms. Well equipped gym. Swimming pool

Cons:

They weren't showing the world cup matches in the evening in the restaurant and refused to switch on the TV when I asked. I could have probably have convinced them by going to the front desk but I decided to just watch the match in my room
